Are you really? Are you really so unintelegent? Someone like Moffat fails the Hardest anyone has ever failed to make an interesting Puzzle, because he legit and LEGIT does not understand how Puzzles and Detective-Stories work - and you find this 'Genius'? "Genius-Moments of a Genius Show"? Are you really that much less smart than other people, who know this Show is bad? Is Moffats reimagining of Sherlock Holmes to be 'Magical Pretty Boy' really that exciting for your Brain that you overlook how mind-numbingly stupid this Show is? Wheres the intellectual stuff? MOST OF THE TIME youre NOT given the needed Information to solve the stuff yourself. This show was literally never intelegent; let me tell you this objective fact. It fails at the very, very, very fundamental Fundamentals of how Detective Stories work: You dont get the Evidence; just Sherlock gets it; so he solves the stuff (often with LITERAL MAGIC) and then youre meant to say Wow.
@@slevinchannel7589 well, I am very sorry you didn’t find the show “intelegent” enough for your liking. I, however, am able to enjoy it while still acknowledging its flaws. I’m sorry if my enjoyment of this piece of media offends you. I’m also (really) sorry if this is actually a joke and I didn’t catch on, because this sounds like a joke but, honestly, I’ve heard more ridiculous things said seriously, so I can’t actually tell anymore...

@@clementinerosette1038 Sherlock says that girlfriends aren’t really his area to which john asks if he has a boyfriend the same way john doesn’t really know anything about wine in the episode that John’s about to prepose to Mary
John: "Fantastic!" Sherly: "Meritricious." Gregg: "And a Happy New Year." This has got to be one of the simplest, silliest, funniest, most genius and unnecessary exchanges of dialogue ever scripted.
The "I ain't never seen two pretty best friends" made me think of the scientists who will dig up skeletons in sexual positions and say "aww such close friends"
That’s because Benedict (who plays Sherlock, in case you weren’t sure) has a trauma of it. In, i think 2004, he was kidnapped while he was in Africa for filming. He was stuffed into a trunk, held at gunpoint and pleaded for his life. That’s why I think, it is absolutely wrong of Gatiss and Moffat to film such scene, when they exactly know what it could make with him. (Ben talked about the incident in several interviews) Here’s something from an article about it: The actor was accompanied by his co-stars Theo Landey and Denise Black, and when they were returning from a scuba session, they blew a tyre along a stretch notorious for armed kidnappings. The trio was tied up with their own shoelaces and made to crouch execution-style. Cumberbatch, according to a 2016 Vanity Fair profile, pleaded for his life. His co-star said that when he was stuffed into the trunk, he 'kicked and screamed bloody murder'. The kidnappers left them on the side of the road, and the trio was soon found by some local women. The side where I found it is www.hindustantimes.com/entertainment/hollywood/when-benedict-cumberbatch-was-kidnapped-at-gunpoint-made-to-plead-for-his-life-are-you-going-to-kill-us-101615626001674-amp.html (By this comment I do not mean to hate or critic you, I just want to explain why he looked so terrified.)
@@gaydino04 Thanks for the explanation 🥰 Ben is my favourite actor for many years already, and I know this story, I just thought it’s funny from the characters aspect 😂🙈 The fact that Ben was kidnapped isn’t funny at all and I‘m very sorry for him, of course. This man is a gem and he needs to be protected at all costs ❤️
This video is perfection, basically it's Johnlock all over the place but then again, that's just SHERLOCK lol Thanks so much for this edit!!!!! So glad that the fandom is still alive ;;;;
i just joined the fandom. I was aware of it since the start, been a hardcore Who fan for over a decade, a casual Supernatural fan for just as long, but never got into Sherlock for some reason. Now I'm fallen and I can't get back up.
this edit is genuinely SO FUNNY i was absolutely mesmerised - the repeated "don't be suspicious" is never not funny - THE GROCERY STORE MUSICAL HAHAHAH - love the credits
8:51 That "Run Away with Me" montage is both *ICONIC* and one of the most adorable things I've ever seen (and don't even get me STARTED on John holding onto Sherlock's sleeve) 💖
Oh. My. GOD. 0o0 Poor John. Poor, poor, poooooor John. Sherlock is a horror in NORMAL times when he runs out of things to do... (Thank God for the handcuffs)
John Watson's Blog: NEVER QUARANTINE WITH A MAD SCIENTIST I'm currently crouched behind our sofa, typing this blog with one hand and clutching a handful of cobbled-together tranquilizer darts in the other. Sherlock, who spent the last month hovering over his chemistry bench, muttering, is spending THIS month SAMPLING everything he previously concocted. Whatever he's on right now (we're up to number six, I think) has given him the urge to rearrange everything in the room alphabetically, including me, with a VERY sharp pair of tweezers*; and also seems to be triggering both periodic fits of the giggles and limited powers of flight. I don't know whether to try and nail him with one of my darts (who knows how it would mix with his present bloodstream cocktail) or just jab myself and please God sleep through the next several hours... *He keeps trying to move my middle name in front of my first name
This is the best way to describe me and my best friend. If anyone asks how our relationship is, I just show them this and say, “I’m John. They are Sherlock.”
That first conversation at Angelo’s will forever be the structural pillar to all johnlock shippers. It was absolutely clear exactly what John was doing, and what he was asking. That lip lick still makes me SCREECH, I cannot believe some people think they weren’t flirting
2:03 it always amazed me that the first day of they meet properly, he immediately asked John if what he said was wrong like John's presence alone has changed the chemistry of his brain
One of the best things the show did for John along with his face at the wedding speech is that face at 10.54 when he and Sherlock are confused and amazed that Molly picked someone who looked just like Sherlock.
This version on Morriarty is sublime. He fooled Sherlock perfectly. You would expect the master of deduction to spot a plant when they shake his hand. Not this time. Jim knows how Sherlies brain works. He enjoys destroying people and will jump on any slim chance to break someones spirit. Morriarty turned up with an ammo belt and Sherlock just started shooting. Job done!
John: d'you have a boyfriend....which is also completely fine- Sherlock: *i know its fine.* this show being an iconic lgbtq+ supporter for 13 episodes, 4 seasons and 7 years.
@@questionable_grimoire9754 I actually don't think they are gay. They are just two person fall in love with each other. Just like Irene Adler case, you don't have to be gay/straight to love someone. She was gay but somehow in love with Sherlock.
@@karmen8873 It can be likely. I just like the ship JohnLock (John x Sherlock), since I can see them as a couple. It may not be canon, but that is the cool part about it being fictional characters. 1, It doesn’t effect real life people. 2, It hasn’t been confirmed of their status yet, so it is possible they do actually love each other. Or perhaps just Sherlock loving John. 3, It provides happiness to those who do like JohnLock, since they can make up the story as they like. Fictional characters in a shippers eyes usually means that they could be with someone in specific, but the person they are dating can be changed. It’s kinda hard to explain to be honest. I favor the ship JohnLock, some people favor SherMolly (Sherlock x Molly), and it doesn’t hurt anything to “twist” the story to how we like. Of course though, some people tend to get mad when someone else doesn’t agree with their preferred couple, and I still don’t understand why on that. Sorry for the long explanation, and I hope this helped somewhat, if at all.
@@questionable_grimoire9754 I think you get me wrong. 😊 I am a JohnLock shipper. And I totally think it's real. I share the same opinions with you. I just wanted to say to people who claim Sherlock or John aren't gay that you don't have to be gay to love someone who has the same gender you have. Of course they can be gay or bi or whatever they are but them being not gay isn't a proof that they are not in love. I just wanted to say that. I agree with what you said in your comments. 💕
@@karmen8873 Oh, okay! I had thought that you weren’t a shipper. My apologies. However, you do have a point! There are many sexuality’s out there that they could be.
I MISS THIS SERIES SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH !!! The dynamics, the wordplay, the fun and the annoyance that was Sherlock The Series ... and good luck trying to top it with another one with different actors, because this one will always be the one that others are now rated against =DDD
Notice that when basically anyone shows interest in Sherlock (Molly, Jim, etc) he brushes them off harshly, but when he thought John was the one interested, he was “flattered”. Interesting.
8:52 *fast-pace whirlwind adventure music plays in the background* Running away from the law…handcuffed to your best friend…holding hands… How awfully _platonic._
"So do you have a girlfriend" "Not really my area" "Oh, so do you have a boyfriend? Which is fine by the way-" "I know it's fine" "So you have a boyfri-" " *no* "
5:32 I never noticed that before, John flinched when Sherlock fired the gun. It didn't click for me until just now, do you think his flashbacks/PTSD get triggered every time he hears a gunshot?
ik im saying this a year later but I figured it has to be specifically multiple gunshots? We’ve seen him be completely fine when there’s one or two. But whenever there’s several one after the other he reacts, like when he covers his ears when Sherlock is shooting at his wall
