PBS airs the whole episodes, I know that for a fact... why wouldn't they? They don't have commercial breaks to worry about or anything.

Oh, whoops, I looked around and apparently they cut about 2-3 minutes or material by removing 10-20sec sections. That way they can fit in the "This program made possible by..." stuff. Honestly, I never noticed, so I don't think it's that big of a deal. Other stations are much, much worse about it. I recall BBC America cutting pretty much an entire scene from one of the DW finales to fit in advertisements. Not cool.
