is chair still working good for you? we bought one similar to that one and now two years later has hole in back where rollers are and no heat and doesn't do arms
This video helped me in deciding to buy this chair.You can get this chair at a great price on Ebay at the moment.I had a work accident that resulted in a massive back injury to me.I ordered this chair to help with my back problems and have not regretted it.The many customizable adjustments of this chair is a plus.I wouldn't be able to use a chair without this feature that allows 3 different intensity levels and different types of massages.I've had this chair about a year and have had no problems.The more you use the chair and check out it's many features the more you will love it.I would buy it again.Thanks again for the great video.I would have had a hard time buying this chair without it.

This is how you do a good review, well done I liked the review and was in depth. I'm not looking to buy it because it looks really expensive, I have backache every so often and was just interested in looking at different types, your review was 1 of the best. Thanks for the video - it was very helpful. I found the video trying to find where to plug the back cushion. I see other folks trying to find it but no answer. Because I saw you take the back plug and plug it somewhere in the back of the chair, I had an idea where to look. I found the plug not on the back of the chair but under the chair. Don't bother looking under the seat cushions, you actually have to lay low, near where the on/off button is on the back, now look up or reach up under the chair and you will find a long black tube hanging there. You can just barely plug the seat cushion but I found if you drop the back plug down through the chair, its easier to plug it in.

Great review, thank you. I use mine everyday, several times a day. I've had it for about 6 weeks now and have decided it's the best purchase I've made in a long time. When I first tried it the lower back part that you said could cause some pain, it did on mine as well, I was wondering if that was normal. I used a pillow as well for a while, now I'm used to it and enjoy it. It's the best, most comprehensive massage chair I've ever used, and that includes those at the airports and malls that you pay $5 for a massage. It's also enabled me to cut my trips for a hands on massage down to about one a month from 4 a month. That saves me a little over $200 a month. I paid $699 delivered, so in a couple more months it will have paid for itself. Then on out, it just saves me money, and I love the convenience of getting a great massage whenever I want one.
Bought this about 6 months ago for my mom. At first I was in doubt.. and as a student, I didn't have 3k to spend on some of the other chain. She has arthritis and loves the chair.. I find it annoying and not helpful in anyway because I don't have any body ache. One thing to mention though, the hand and foot massage are more of a compression rather than actual rolling-balls.. idk what they're called.

I bought this about five years ago, A good massage but poor quality upholstery, the black material has been flaking off badly for years now. How is your upholstery? Wondering, do they make a replacement cover for this chair?
I've had the same chair for several years and I love it. Only thing I can't remember (can't find manual) is how do you fold it? I remember it folds in half to roll into another room and I can't find how to do it. Do you know?
The remote's timer is too restrictive and limiting, only 30min. That should not be done for home use. The remote control module lacks a U.S.B fast charger(s) for your phone. Other than that, not bad.
Very good video my friend I bought the chair a couple of years ago good thing that I also purchased the insurance because 2 years later (Now) the internal mechanism seemed to vibrate apart and broke down so I got a refund from the insurance now I have to get rid of this worthless chair.. I like the features but now the same chair costs $200 more! I wouldn't waste my money unless the price drops to the $600 dollar price that I originally bought it for..

my remote control with my Shiatsu chair is nothing like the one with your chair. I don’t know how to set mine. The instructions are not clear. It’s squeezing my hips really tight . Where can I get help? I’m 90 years old.
I've been using this chair 3 times a week about 30 min each time since I bought it brand new back in Jan 2016. It's been awesome to say the least. The only minor problem is the right arm now starts to squeak when the airbag is activated but other than that there is no other problem whatever and that I'd highly recommend it.

This chair clearly doesn't have the heavy duty motors and equipment inside that's needed. My moms is 300 lbs and takes 2-3 men to move. It can't be lifted at the corner or scooted around like he did this one.
Hello do you have your chair still and for how long you've had it. I have this as well but only for a few months as of now I have no problems with the chair /however I'm trying to get it up my stair to the 2nd level of my apartment and was searching for disassembly videos that might help to make it easier to get it upstairs
So since having this chair would you say it's as good or worst then the one that is in the brook stone stores ? Because for the price of 1049 dollars seems to good to be true. ? What's your thoughts as of now. Thanks for your input.

There is a plug at the bottom of the back portion and the instructions don't tell you where to plug it in. Can you tell me where this goes and if it is for the heat in the back portion of the chair. Thank you.
I did buy the chair and WOWITS THE BEST MASSAGE CHAIR ever, even better than the $4000 chair I tested at the mall. They just gotta put longer screws for arm rests, those short ones the chair come with are clearly not for the chair but arm rest still stays tight on anyway without them

Do you still like it and how was the arm massage feature for you I have a Human touch chair and have to replace a $800 part to make it work again it was very expensive and I am not sure it is worth fixing......
I've had two Human Touch chairs that were twice the price of this one, half the features, both broken. Their customer service tells you to replace the most expensive part, no matter what the problem. Frayed chords, yeah, $600 complete back, pillow torn, $600 complete back (exaggerating, but not fat from the truth).
I seen recent post saying is still running strong but about how many hours or how many times a week do you use it. That's a better question for wear and tear of it
