I think that’s normal, like the bartering stage of grief. I’ve been there and still get stuck there a lot myself. But it always lets go eventually.

Yes indeed I had fallen in and out of that a few times. I have always had digestive issues. So I tried the vegan detox thing again a few years ago. It was absolutely terrible for my health. I got on to the carnivore diet, about 1.5 years now. This is absolutely the best for us. Our digestive system is more like a carnivore actually. A cow has 4 stomachs and there is a process of fermentation and in the last stomach is where the single called animals live and they are fats. So in actual truth the cow is living on the animal products produced in their gut. Plants can't run away. The plant kingdom has the most poisons actually. If anyone is curious I would suggest look up Sally Norton, Toxic Superfoods is her book. Nuts are bad. I was eating a lot of nuts for a time and my teeth started chipping and feeling loose. Now my teeth and bones have recovered and no need for dental work. I feel ripped of and injured from the vegan community so I have a bit of spite now. Cows are actually better for the soil, their gut can break down gysophate. Far more animals die from growing grains. Deer get caught in combine when harvesting. Just in general far more animals die to grow vegetables.
