Sometimes we hold on to a Trauma for way too long, and we dont even notice that it has no purpose for us anymore. And the scary thing is that we keep dragging that “heavy baggage” with us and not recognizing that there is no need to hold to this Trauma anymore, it doesnt serve us any longer, and it’s time to let go, But we still dragging it along the way like a treasure, looking for savior outside of us who can fix us, who can heal us and then we getting stuck on being a follower and never a Creator …

Thank you for encouraging and reminding us that things are not personal to us. Abusers are not fussy about their victims but have developed a sense of who to target and feign innocence after. Difficult to forgive long term repeat offenders , however, they are the ones who deliver the painful life lessons and in the end the truth about who they really are always becomes obvious to the world by some twists of fate. Perhaps that is why we need to learn boundaries and be discerning about the company we keep.

Thank you so much Lee and the Zs... 7 mins in I felt an overwhelm of emotion when I realised my early life was dedicated to healing the generational fear, through my almost constant state (albeit on a low level for much of the time) of anxiety. And it's interesting that 2007/8 was pinpointed as the acceleration point as this was when I had reached my lowest point. Not all doom and gloom however, as after 2yrs of floundering in the dark, I gradually started to develop healthier patterns and am thriving in a much better place now (although I appreciate I still have much to learn and continue to develop) 🙏🏻💖

Thank you, Lee and Zs, for this message! In that Lifetime i had a very abusive and violent grandfather (narcissistic, feared and angry) that physically abused me and my brothers. That left us with deep trauma and anxiety. I find my self trying to untangle all these emotions and experiences, hoping to find healing and love and strength to forgive him and all those people that hurt us!

Tears and fleeting feelings of "discouragement" at "eternal transformation" (first time around) and "trauma bad", / "this world is not yours to save" brought tears too. My father, generally , made me feel safe. My mother, definitely, was in constant overwhelm. She is now an 88 year old hurling anger, disappointment, rage at me (and it hurts). Can I really "see the divinity in her"? "Yes I Can💝". I am grieving though, both the "mother" (the idea of unconditional love, really) she couldn't be, and the peace and harmony she so so wants and rejects at every turn ("looking for love in all the wrong places? , yikes, that seems to be the story of our lives too). And yet, that is the "become who we are" part, right? Hmm, eternally "becoming"? OK, message received thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU

Then the full moon had me sleeping pretty much all day yesterday, but I know I've moved some of my childhood trauma out and gained a deeper understanding of some of my experiences as an empath in a family of narcissists'. Thank you kindly for your message. I've been one with a rough, sudden awakening! Perhaps it wasn't as rough as what some people will go through ... I relate to the constant evolution, the empath in the toxic family, and the fear of the end of the world (climate-wise). Like I know on a higher level that things are OK, but it's very easy to slip into that fear-based thinking promoted by the media and many people. I feel like I ping-pong quite a bit! 😁

@10:48 IMHO needed teaching now esp w/social media and comments. It’s healthy and important to allow diff or disparate views and freedom to express them esp on public forums. Hate/r was prob injected into vernacular by media/HWood to control narratives/suppress independent or critical thought. Hopefully we’ll also evolve past a need to label ourselves beyond human or being. As J. Krishnamurti said decades ago the object is not the description incl us. TY Lee and team.
