Shiitake: Ready to Fruit Blocks and Wheat Bran Pellets 

Shiitake mushrooms are my (Andrew's) absolute favorite mushroom to eat and now, with the help of Maine Cap'N Stem and Mushroom Media Online we are now able to produce more than I can eat! Most beginning mushroom farmers don't have enough incubation space to grow shiitake commercially but with the help of ready to fruit blocks from a supplier like Maine Cap'N Stem or Earth Angel Mushrooms, you can grow all you want without the incubation!
Not too mention that for those of us that prefer to work with pellets instead of bulk loose substrates, we now have wheat bran in pellet form thanks to Seth Fisher of Mushroom Media Online! We can grow any strain of shiitake we want, including trialing out the Straw Shiitake, oh yeh it's going to go into a shiitake Goat Mix for sure!
