I have a lot of really nice combos but this one's going on a 7'2"heavy Zodias. Gonna use it for bigger keitechs, A-Rigs, Texas rigs and jigs. My workhorse combo.

yeah, the had the SLX rods paired with the Nasci, but they can't keep the Nasci in stock! I need to get me one.

I haven't used many Daiwa reels. Just the Tatula Elite, Zillion SV TW G. I have several MGL 150s though and love them. The Zillion is my favorite higher end reel.

Another great video. I’m planning on fishing Monroe for the first time this spring. Could you tell me a good boat ramp that’s suitable for a bass boat. I have fished Kentucky lake for years. It’s time for different scenery

Cutright is where most bass anglers launch, Monroe has a fast side and a slow side for idle, and the ramps is right in the middle. I didn't spend much time Monroe this year, but now that I'm getting the Lowe dialed in, I'll probably spend more time on it.

I don't really need all that line for pond fishing. 150 spool size is a bit much for just tossing around the ponds and small lakes. I would probably go for a 70 size MGL for beginners or experienced anglers. Overall it looks ok. A smaller spool casts lighter baits farther for sure.

I was considering this set up in a 6'10" for jerkbaits. The rod was on B.O. so I went with a Dobyns Kaden and a Tatula SV. This seems like a great midrange set up! I wonder if the 150 MGL will take over for the 200K?

I think a lot of people will find the 150 MGL is the Curado of choice going down the road.
