Which cycle repair stand do you use?

I find lining jockey wheel up with smallest/largest sprocket a pain in the whatsit.

Great Video! Besides price and weight, is there any difference between the Ultegra RX-800 and GRX-810?

Is it possible to adjust H and L bolts after the real derailleur cable has been attached and fixed to its place? Or, only possible to adjust the those bolts - smallest and largest cog screws without the cable attached? If so, could I have done a mistake by screwing the bolts after the cable is attached and the derailleur is "active"? Thank you!

Will this work with a roadlink and 40t cassete?
