@@sylver1146 We have a wide view in some fragments of the film, which if you compare it with shimu can give you a high altitude, but the shot where it is, gives us a poor view so it is an approximation.

@@skankshunts2156 yet it dwarfs pretty much every monster it's compared to, just like in this video, I hope we're on the same page, we're talking about size (dimension, magnitude, extent, width, length, volume) here, not weight (mass).

That is actually a pretty astonishing feat for a film maker, in the 11 years since Pacific Rim we have hardly seen any monster bigger than Slattern, at least not Kaiju one (not counting the mega space monsters like the celestials or that space jellyfish from Han Solo), I personally think Slattern was a bit underused. Had we seen it on land we would have gotten the true scale of this monstrosity, as it would've been seen directly from the perspective of people, it was a bit anticlimactic to be honest.
