While that certainely seems like an apt analogy given Isamu's infantile outlook and behaviour, I believe Noah is more likely supossed to be based on Tardigrades/Waterbears. There are microscopic organisms that are known for being found in nearly any enviroment and being resistant to the most extreme conditions, be that heat, cold, pressure, radiation and are even able to survive in outer space to a certain extend. This reflects his signature move Aurora very well and his design also comes very close, though personally speaking, giving Noah 6 legs and that creepy excavator like mouth Waterbears possess would have highlighted the more alien and otherwordly nature his Sponsor was meant to display, but hey, it is what it is.

Maybe he wanted to save MP for nyx, maybe he wanted nyx to be the attacker only? Who knows.

I feel that while debuffing everything is very important, decreasing the defense and accuracy is very important to make battles not take forever.

Nope. Pierce won't work on repel. It only works on Drain and Null

@@Heid192 Not that it matters. Freikugel may be a Phys skill, but it is also Almighty, meaning that if you got Pierce, Freikugel can do full damage to Noah, since it pierces his Almighty resist

Because passing alters the press turn into a half press turn. A full press turn can be converted into a half if you trigger a critical hit or elemental weakness, but it's wasted if you use a buffing/debuff skill on a full one. Therefore you pass on a full press turn if the next party member in order is a buffer or debuffer, to ensure maximum efficiency, especially in early stages of a fight. That, and it's because in this fight, Aurora is a bitch.
