[Instructions]
① First, make the sponge cake. Put 2 room-temperature medium-sized chicken eggs and 1 egg yolk in a bowl, add caster sugar and mix well. Beat until thick and when the mixture is dripped, it doesn't immediately disappear.
② Sift the flour in advance, add it to the bowl in batches, and mix until no dry flour remains. Add warm butter and milk, and mix well.
③ Pour the batter into the mold and bake. After baking, remove from the mold and let it cool.
④ Make the sugar syrup. Put sugar and water in a pot and boil, then remove from heat and add cherry brandy. Let it cool.
⑤ Whip the heavy cream and sugar. Cut the sponge cake into slices, brush with the sugar syrup, spread the cream evenly, and neatly arrange the Sunny Queen grapes. Spread the cream and cover with a slice of sponge cake.
⑥ Repeat the previous step, cover with another slice of sponge cake, thickly spread the cream on the surface and smooth it out, pipe some cream and arrange fruits. Done!
