Yep! Think I already know her stance from mentioning it in a few videos, but would love a more in depth exploration on the topic because I think it would be very interesting and insightful! :)
I’m in a vegan parenting group on Facebook and the other night I had a big of a breakdown. A mother posted about her 22 month old who hadn’t gained weight since she turned 1, who was at risk for being failure to thrive, the mom didn’t want to quit breastfeeding, and basically fed her child like Ellen Fisher and this woman. As shocking as the post was, the comments were even worse. People tell her that it was fine, nobody telling her to feed her calorically dense vegan foods. I outlined the high calorie, healthy, but also balanced diet of my son who’s the same age, vegan, strong, and eats a lot of protein foods and only had the support of 3 other parents. I went back to the post by searching in the group search bar and there was DOZENS of posts of kids with “failure to thrive” in the description 🤢 Vegan parents who aren’t willing to do research are dangerous. Let’s guess about the vaccination and supplementation status of all the failure to thrive kids 😑 Veganism and the anti-science rhetoric shouldn’t be synonymous, in fact they should be on completely opposing sides. Ugh.
I think I saw this post (or one of the very similar posts 😟) I always make sure to mention full fat soy milk instead of almond or whatever and using fat, I'm always shocked at people not knowing that kids need more fat than adults and that a heap of salads arnt nesisarily great for kids
That’s so sad :( My son didn’t gain weight from 6 months to 9 months so followed the doctors recommendations exactly so he would gain properly. I don’t know how people can ignore something that can be potentially life threatening..
Isn't it heartbreaking that in 2019 (almost 2020) we have full-grown adults who fall victim to bad ideas like anti-science or anti-vax? I work with children and just yesterday some of my older girls were venting about anti-vax parents. At least I'm teaching these young minds well, I guess.
she never says that she uses her green juices as a meal. it’s basically their cup of coffee in the morning. you say that you watch her videos, but have yet to address what she eats for breakfast once she is hungry around breakfast time. and Chelsea also eats a breakfast besides her smoothies in the morning. she has also addressed on video and in the description box that they incorporate some supplements everyday, included in Chelsea’s morning smoothies. her husband has even bulked up by switching up an ingredient in his smoothies. i’m convinced that you haven’t fully watched any of their videos, and you’re assuming that their entire diet consists of the things that you only see in pieces of the videos that you have watched from them. Chelsea is in school and they serve her vegan meals, but if you watched their videos you would know that. i doubt she is ignorant to what other types of foods there are in the world. children who are raised smart don’t act dumb when they see different things. her birthday parties are even filled with children who are not all vegan, but those children enjoy the vegan snacks and cake at her parties. i’m nowhere near vegan and this video just seems like a person who is jealous of this family’s happy lifestyle.
Nika Carter Agreed! She must be unhappy with herself that she has to make videos and judging their lives, what they eat! Have you seen the videos she’s made on FullyRaw Kristina!? I am disappointed in all her videos and bashing people😕 Will never subscribe to her!
Exactly. Plus people eat more than just what they film for vlogs. I’ve never seen a video of unnatural vegan eating so does that mean she doesn’t ever eat? No, of course not. Just means I haven’t seen it myself. Same goes here. Just bc she doesn’t see them eating what she would suggest doesn’t mean they are restricting themselves. They are a great channel and I never see them being afraid of food EVER. I see Fabiola constantly saying they need proteins and fat so wtf is unnatural vegan on about?
@@cjkush5384 jealous people always find something to complain about outside of their own lazy, sorry ass. This woman doesn't even look healthy so maybe she should take some tips from that beautiful family cause that glow in their skin shows they know what they're doing.
They actually eat more healthy than a lot of the vegan channels I watch and her daughter looks really healthy and energetic so she’s doing the right thing
I agree. They actually eat a lot. The green juice is just a starter for them in the morning because she makes a meal or snack afterwards and I don’t believe she ever said the green juice was a meal replacement. I don’t understand why other you tubers try and say things about others. Mind your busy and eat and drink what you want is what I think.
Ty for saying this. I seen many videos of theirs. She didn't need to name drop. If she wanted to provide heat opinion and than give assistance or bring some insight than she can do that without shaming someone's lifestyle. Furthermore she had her face on the start of the video. That's pretty extra and it's starting a debate and leaves room for plenty of negativity. Everybody wants to be right but half wrong. They eat well. Chelsea is five and look at the mom and dad. They're healthy and glowing. Next time just make a video explaining your opinion without name dropping or half facts please...
Just because Fabiolas diet is better than the diet of other people doesn’t mean their diet is good. In comparison Fabiolas diet is better than Freeles or a carnivore diet, but that doesn’t make it a good diet. Also I don’t think the way shine with plants looks is a good indication for their health, you can have many health problems and still look healthy. We don’t know their medical records so it is impossible to judge if they’re healthy.
I see a lot of hating going on. Out of all things she would pick on an beautiful healthy family, that not doing nothing wrong. What she need to do is go kicks some got dam rocks and leave this family alone. They doing the right thing, I watches them all the time and I love this family and they are wonderful people. She need to find something else to do and quite picking on this family about their diet.
@@danan9061 It's hormonal - your hair stops falling out while you're pregnant so it all falls out at once afterwards. My son's hair fell out around the same time mine started falling, and grew back a different color.
I don't mind it if it's actually filling, like a smoothie peanut butter and protein powder. But even then, it's usually a snack or I'm having something else with it.
@@UnnaturalVegan oh, as a snack or drink with my breakfast it's fine..but not a meal as many youtubers or instagrammers have them. That makes me sad. I also don't care for sweet meals at all, just makes me crave savory food even if I'm full 😕
I used to juice exclusively for medical reason (paralyzed stomach) i can tell you it gets old quick. Psychologically and just wanting something more substantial. Im now tube fed....still hungry🙃
I used to try to drink a smoothie and even the protine boost ones were not great, like I would always find myself rushing out before the mess hall closed for something.... usually an entire Togo box worth of pizza and cookies
I have Celiac disease and I have terrible internal damage from years of bad medical issues and bad hospitals/doctors. I was just diagnosed before my 21st birthday this July. I wish I could drink every meal. Eating/digesting food is the worst and hurts me. I know I could blend every meal down, but that's disgusting... I drink a smoothie daily because it helps my stomach adjust and settle down from the volatile stomach acid and cramping.🤷♀️ I honestly don't even enjoy food besides my morning smoothie...
I've been binge watching Shine With Plant's channel and she eats so well. She mixes in fruits, veg, green juice and cooked food like lentils and quinoa. She also takes vit D and b-12. Her diet seems as perfect as a vegan diet can get and much better than how I eat when I'm busy with work, living off vegan Chinese food, bread and pasta. I wish I could live with her fam for a month and let her feed me. From what I've seen, she also gets in a lot of protein.
Their diet looks pretty similar to the diet Moon&Rock were eating (lots of fruit, smoothies, salads, bowls with quinoa/lentils and veggies etc) and on that video everyone talked about how obviously unhealthy the diet is. Why? Because they aren't vegan anymore. Vegan influencers are always obviously healthy until they're ex vegans. Then everyone becomes a nutrition expert and tells them what they were doing wrong 🤔🤔
@@notursweetseptember I just love how a child eating fruits and vegetables each day is inappropriate but kids LITERALLY eating at fast food restaurants multiple times a week is fine....
Dude come on... aren’t you really nit picking here? Their diet looks healthier than like 90% of peoples’. Is their diet dangerous? If so then I understand, but if it is still healthy despite the lack of proteins then why roast them. Most people don’t even take macros into account at all when they eat. And I doubt this mother is being restrictive (not allowing her kids to eat different foods), she is just trying to do the best for her kids’ diets
YESSS! Of course they eat the same stuff a lot, that's normal. I mean, how many omnivore families eat the same kind of meals every week, all variations of a theme, because parents have busy lives and kids are picky eaters and in the real world, the amount of effort people put (and can put) into creating variation in their food is limited? These people put effort into being vegan, eating plenty of vegetables, supplementing, etc... They ARE probably more healthy than most people.
@@malariedamico3023 You have to wonder about these "vegan" channels that have so much concern about people eating healthy. She's not starving her child--they just eat clean. I think these channels are paid off to promote mock meats and other processed garbage.
I just want to say that I have watching Shine with Plants for years and I am not vegan. I eat meat in my diet. They eat so much quinoa and beans in there diet. Her green juice is like a cup of coffee for her. They eat a variety of meals everyday!!
that reminded me of a lunch that was provided for me at an event hosted by my sorority and a frat. they called it "vegan gourmet platter" and it was literally sliced raw zucchini and carrots with toothpicks stuck in them.
@JaliFritz, I'm sure people can make up their own minds plus she should just create her own counter videos and leave it at that. Why make a whole video criticizing this lady and her family?
Lmfao this is weird asf ..... she literally talking bout someone who wants to eat a very clean lifestyle ....................... why does it bother her so much .... restricted vegan ... what bc she don’t wanna eat bad ....
Her lifestyle and way of eating is inspiring! I support it. Eating tofu is not good for anyone. This works for her and her family and no one should be judgemental
Ruth Hayes there is no scientific evidence for that claim. Furthermore just think about the people living in Asia, Tofu is an everyday food and they are very healthy.
Shine with plants is not telling people what to eat. She shares what SHE eats. Everyone is different. If she and her family are healthy what is your deal honestly? You seem to be a hater....She is sharing her life. I absolutely love them and I feel as though you are picking. Leave them alone and focus on your journey and what you want to share with RU-vid. Be blessed!
I’ve been subscribed to Shine With Plants for a long time! I think the family dynamic is beautiful, and I get tons of lunch ideas from her videos. HOWEVER, my diet is very different from hers. I’m a “bad vegan” and love Morning Star corn dogs and a near daily PB&J. It’s important for my brain to process that too many vegans with platforms follow such a restrictive diet that is unattainable for the average person. I can easily imagine they spend on produce what I earn in a paycheck. Essentially, I’ve learned that listening to my body, to science, and to my doctor, that a healthy vegan diet isn’t always about an aesthetically pleasing smoothie bowl. Balance is key!
I like the channel Shine With Plants as well, I enjoy seeing the healthy meals that are cooked makes and there is always an abundance of food when they sit down to eat!!:)
I watch Fabiola's channel think of her green juice like a coffee drinker. For the most part she drinks one everyday. I think She'does a wonderful job with with her diet and the diet of her family. I am an Esthetician and I can strangely tell what a person's diet is from how their skin looks and is behaving. Her's looks fabulous and healthy. Of course I don't have her under a mag lamp but I've been doing this for 17 years. What we must remember is that we are free thinking free willed human beings. We have to allow ppl to make their own choices. I don't like smoothies or green juice but to each his own. BTW Don't be absurd of course Chelsea will be able to adapt to other foods. It's no different than raising your kids with the religion of your choice of course there are other religions but who can be the judge of which faith you choose for your children. So what she likes green juice and smoothies. Lol who are we to judge and say what something "looks like". I like your channel but you made waaaay too many outlandish assumptions and inferences about this family. Oh I eat meat and guess what I'm B12 deficient 😉 just my humble opinion with love and respect. 👍🏾
Que The Essential Esthetician Does Dallas the thing people do not seem to understand is the that melinated people have a completely different chemical composition and require much different spectrum of nutrients! Every so called black person that I know that ever switched to the what they call vegan all had increased energy levels so high they could believe it! I have many Caucasians friends say im so sick no energy bones hurt then doctors tells them they need b1 b2 b3 b12 and protein! So called black people do not need high protein or fat based on scientific data proving people from cold climates high fat and high protein!

Unrelated but I have no place other than the comments section on my favorite vegan channel to express this excitement. My grocery store that I can walk to from my apartment in the middle of nowhere has started stocking Daiya frozen pizzas?? And they had some Gardein breakfast bowls and I ate one for lunch before work and it was like okay but I’m so excited to have more options!!
Yo! My small-town wal-mart recently got the Daiya pizzas as well as some other frozen goodies! Idk what caused it but I'm definitely gonna be a broke vegan.
That is exciting! I live in a really small town too but I slowly see more So delicious products in the store and Morningstar, kite hill, daiya. It’s amazing! Idk if it’s people that are plant based or just lactose intolerant that are supporting these companies. But either way I’m happy!!

Where are the calcium, iron and protein calculations? I did one based on her dailys and it comes up to pretty damn near perfect. Is your calculator okay?
I don’t understand the obsession of drinking liters and liters of juice within the vegan RU-vidr community! I feel like I would have a horrible stomachache or possibly throw up if I tried to drink all that!
Most of them probably do but just don't admit it until they come off the vegan diet. That's when you learn just how upset their digestive systems were. They won't admit it unless they change their diet.

This family is glowing with love and health. Love shine with plants channel. It sounds like they were just a lot of people who are jealous of this family.
Often times, people make being vegan seem like a chore. I refuse to let it take over my life and I will supplement. Also, I need to take a break from RU-vid.
Exactly. I also decided that I don't want to screw up my limited time on this earth by sitting in Cronometer every day, being frustrated with my calcium levels. I just got the damn supplement.
@@yathatschris2706 Chris, I'm sorry you sound so uptight. Is everything okay? In regards to the issue, I've always had to supplement several nutrients - when I didn't, I was lacking. Have a lovely day and please take care of yourself. You shouldn't be getting this snarky over Internet comments.
Even omnivores should be taking a multi, and technically every woman of child bearing age that menstruates regularly should be on a prenatal vitamin (not super necessary unless you're trying to conceive, or have issues with iron.) I eat omnivore, trying to include more plants than meat, and I take a multi.
monae bell it Looks good except for the green juice. Also I’d be starving without having beans. Also smoothies make me only hungrier even if I feel full
I think the conversations we all have-- the best part; I have sworn off this channel occasionally usually because i'm busy and don't want to think about this subject but I would say yes it looks good. I also know UV slightly from several yrs of watching her careful approach which hasn't made her millions of friends but that was never her goal. I have never found her malicious ; only demanding honesty. If she says she did due diligence with this family's channel, she did it and loves them and wants them to flourish and succeed. I am trying to understand the main point your video. I don't follow her channel bu I've watched few videos, esp. the What I eat in a day and I'm impressed. I don't see a highly processed vegan diet. Smoothies are the best ways to get lots of nutrients in. Also, I seen beans and nut incorporated in their diet. What would have made a more interested and credible video is to take each meal and break down the nutrients and make recommendations.
They recently posted a video, specifically talking about high protein, and includes a lot things that you mentioned didn’t seem to be in their diet. This a video is not the first like this that they’ve posted, but it is actually labelled as high protein. I felt disappointed with this video, because while I don’t agree with their diet for me personally, it’s proving to be healthy, and sustainable for them. A lot of what you spoke about here was based on preference, and people have different preferences
I don’t understand. WHY are people so afraid of proteins, and also i don’t understand those who think that is the only thing that matters. Why is balance such a horrible thing to understand and have ?
Lilith Nox I was afraid of protein for a long ass time (didn’t educate myself beyond watching unqualified RU-vid videos) and read something about you can only absorb ___g of protein so anything extra is just extra calories. I got super hung up on eating more calories than I “needed to.” I’m super grateful for the RDs on RU-vid and for unnatural vegan. ✌🏼🦕🌱
I drink a smoothie every morning. It's mostly because I love them and it's one meal I don't have to plan for or think about. It's currently soy milk, chocolate protein powder, and frozen strawberries. I am obsessed with strawberries recently, but I've used other fruits and flavors of protein powder in the past. My lunch and dinner are much more varied.
Me too! Though I add banana and spinach to my chocolate smoothie for extra nutrients, plus I think it's a crime not to add spinach since you can't taste it lol
I used to be a porridge person, had it every morning for about four years. Recently I've turned into a smoothie person. I don't understand people who have something different/elaborate every day for breakfast, instead of keeping it nice and simple.
I do too. I make it before work and bring it with me. I use vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, flax, spinach or kale, ginger, tumeric, pepper, mint, matcha, frozen banana, almond milk. I like that I’m getting a lot of nutrients in one meal.
I recently got my blood tested and I had much more iron than people usually have. My vegan-critical doctor was shook😂 Being vegan and getting all your nutrients isn‘t that hard, I really don‘t focus on what I‘m eating that much... just enjoying life lol
Haven't watched your channel in years. You reminded me why in this one. You can't post a video without criticizing someone. Teach by example. Don't bring others down.
Omg! First time I’ve watched this channel. The negativity is nauseating. No two families eat the same. My son who is in his twenties now have never ate fast food, as a child you adjust, make choices, and he didn’t criticize his friends choice of foods. Stop the hate. They eat a variety of protein, you are sad. I don’t like sandwiches nor does my son. Jeez stop bringing others down!!!!! She did talk about supplements in her videos. Stop the lies!!!!
This is ridiculous.. Their diet is not only consistent of juice and fruits/vegetables. I see them consuming a lot of solid foods, both cooked and raw with wide nutritional varieties. Yawn
My oldest of 4 vegan kids started school this year and his fave lunch is homemade vegan pizzas made with fresh wheat dough balls from our local bakery and Miyokos MOZZ with mushrooms, peppers, onions, and spinach! It's pretty much the best thing. None of the kids in his class are even vegetarian and he's never had any issues with them talking about his food because he eats "normal" foods just veganized.
@@sandrinem.3516 there is a big difference btw those who use their kids for a storyline and those who share their kids occasionally. Pls hush it's her choice just bc someone else gives differing opinions doesn't mean that will change her mind
Making yeast dough at home is very convenient and a basis for a lot of good recipes (plum to onion cake (it's a thing and quite good even without ham and young Wein)) .
Who are you to judge? Are you SO healthy because you eat bread and peanut butter? Everyone’s body is different, and a diet style that works for some, may not work for others. My husband was 118kgs and very unhealthy, but after roughly following Shine with Plants diet style, he lost 20kg and his doctor was blown away at how much his health improved. This was within 5 months.
I truly did not realise how much B12 is important to your health. I am vegetarian, eating vegan 60% of the time. A few months ago I was unable to wake up in the morning. When my partner got up for work I would help make breakfast and have a coffee, but by the time he left I was always back in bed and asleep until 1pm. I was severely deficient in B12 and was functioning at such an energy deficit. I have had 2 b12 shots out of 3 and the past week I have been more energised than I have been in years. It is a very serious thing to be deficent in B12 I lost months of my life to it due to the side affects of depression (which I suffer with anyway). Blood tests are important and talking to your GP is imporrtant!!
Not related but if you’re ever looking to do a more positive video?? I love Ashley! She was recommended to me and I really liked her video. Her parents are super supportive which is amazing. She wrote a book about how to become a vegan as a teenager with omnivore parents which is cool but I don’t know how good it is because I haven’t read it. She seems really smart about what she eats.

Wow, because hummus, beans, hemp seeds, coconuts, quinoa, nuts, walnuts, almond milk and the green juice etc that I see them consuning isn't protein 💤💤💤💤 They usually have these foods for lunch and dinner, though not breakfast. Their diet is balanced from where I stand.
Too negative, live and let live. Maybe you need to watch her videos from an unbiased perspective. She has more than green juice. Clearly demonstrated in your own snippets of her videos.
I love Shine with plants. They have some awesome recipes. If you watch ALL their videos they have food after the green juice and cook tons of African food. Please do more research
I cant even watch anymore of this. I love Shine With Plants. And Chelsea does eat sandwiches. She has a video where she shows what she packs for Chelsea's lunch.
I have to admit I haven't watched the whole video, it was way too long so I skipped parts of it. However, I'd like to say, I found it to be a bit unbalanced. You seem to be offended by them drinking most of their nutrients. I mean - I don't like juices or smoothies but I don't mind if other people drink them. I have watched a couple of their videos and I feel like they are doing quite a good job with teaching the child to love healthy foods. They often include pulses/legumes. Hemp seeds also have protein. The child seems to be healthy and growing well. Also what bugged me - as you haven't really calculated all their meals for their nutritional content - how can you know that they don't get enough protein? Do agree about the B12 supplement. They should show them taking that daily. Just a hint - i feel your videos would profit from some structure. So e.g. if you have 4 things that you want to criticise, follow the list of these points and show them on the screen. And if you want to talk about nutrition basics/benefits of protein as you do in the last third of the video, that would better be placed in a separate video. That way one could find the info when looking for it. There will be people who don't want to hear about your critique of another channel but would want to watch a basic information video.
I think she did a decent job of showing her distinct points when she included title transitions. maybe watching the video in its entirety would help before critiquing it? you might've missed those things by skipping through to watch specific points.
It not a good source of protein or other nutrients for one. For two juice IS NOT A MEAL. 3.) Many people can't drink that juice for various reasons and she offers no alternative for them to try.
Her diet actually seems very healthy and they are all energetic and beautiful. I love her channel and if her and her family are content eating that way and they are healthy why should anyone else care ?
Kalema Vegan momy plus 3 I agree with you I love this channel. While I would probably faint if I eat like that; there lifestyle works for them and who is this chick to judge them ?
Wow, a whole video dissing a successful RU-vidr and the video isn't based on facts. Shine With Plants shows LOTS of healthy meals. It's sad that you would put so much time and energy into bringing someone down based on untruths. I truly do hope that 2020 inspires you to be more positive.
Ocean AI Impraim literally! in this video she says that the diet “requires” her to have a green juice. it’s a choice. in what way is she required to eat any of the foods she eats? doesn’t make any sense.
I’d love to hear your perspective on families and RU-vid, especially if you think others should have your opinion. I don’t necessarily believe it’s bad to have children on RU-vid. I think, as long as the focus isn’t them growing up and super personal information about them, it’s ok to every now and then say, “hey this is my kid! Look how cute!” and then go back to your regular content.
Yep, agree! I used to love watching family vloggers as a teenager but now that I'm a bit older and that whole side of youtube has just become so dark, I'm so against them now! For example, the SacconeJoly's I think are a nice positive family but I really don't like how the entirety of these kids lives are online and what kinds of risks they open them up to! They have a few times mentioned the horrible people that get ahold of personal information about them and the kids and trying to mess with their lives. Of course no one should do that, and the trolls are the bad people here really, but if that were me and I saw the first sign of someone trying to mess with my kids because I put them in that situation, I would stop what I'm doing immediately! And recently they had a 'scandal' for the way that they disciplined their toddler for smearing their faeces. Regardless of the way that they disciplined them and if that was right or not, I just think that the fact that they're putting out info like that on the internet for that child to grow up and know that possibly millions of people know something like that could be really embarrassing for them! I of course think that lots of kids do naughty or gross things and this is normal and parents should talk about these things, but not to millions of people on the internet! I just couldn't sleep at night knowing that I'm opening up my child to scrutiny and possibly danger from complete strangers everyday for 15 seconds of fame.
She is amazing! She promotes healthy whole foods. She also never preaches. She is do pisitive. I dont find anything on her site spending her precious time criticizing others
Consuming most of your food as drinks is not supposed to be normal after infancy. It's reeks of disordered eating. Juices, smoothies and shakes should be a treat. Eating foods in solid form and after that drinking water is the way to go.
Well, I don’t think it is problematic to have juices and smoothies on a regular basis - as long as we‘re not talking about ridiculous amounts. Smoothies can be an easy and quick breakfast (on the go). Although eating high amounts of fresh greens, veggies and moderate amounts of fruits drinking fresh juices really helped me personally with my medical condition (not gonna talk about that further, because it is my personal experience and thus not reliable at all)
I think she’s doing pretty well for herself and her family. They look like they eat very well and they also look extremely happy and live a positive life. This video was unnecessary
Shine with plants eats a really well balanced diet and I don’t think she has ever said green juice is a meal. It’s a lot better then my diet of junk food 🙈
I love watching Shine With Plants videos. I personally get my inspirations from watching her videos and I don't see anything wrong with how she eats.If it's working for her and her family, I don't see what the issue is. If her videos are not what you are looking for as an example to achieve your goals in healthy eating, then don't watch, don't comment, and move on to something that better relates to you. A lot of people relate to her videos and it's ok if it's not for you.
First time seeing your video and most likely my last I generally try to avoid people who love to put others down ,Fabiola seems well informed and am pretty sure she has done her research before becoming vagan ,if atall you feel she's my doing it right then teach by example and show people what you feel the right food should be and stop been mean to people and also she 's allowed to pronounce her husbands name any way she want it's her accent and it's non of your business
How about you do any research on nutrition instead of just coming up with an opinion on the matter and come back to the world when you like facts. You are on the side of anti-science and I hope you never have children as they will get incredibly sick.
@@paulally585 unlike you I dnt go about throwing insults at people just because we have different opinions ,am not anti-science like you said I only said she should teach by example, and not put anyone down because you dnt agree with them .and by the way I have two lovely healthy kids so you are a little late with you unwarranted comment
I’m with you on the terminology, I don’t care; I’ll keep calling vegan mac and cheese, mac and cheese - despite the lack of cheese but if someone said they made vegan tacos and put that in front of me I would cry, IN WHAT ECONOMY IS THAT A TACO? 😭
Disha Basu exactly! There is a difference between imitating texture/flavour/presentation and then naming the dish after the original vs. just because you eat porridge in the morning anything you eat in a bowl, in the morning, is porridge 😂
Faye Kinley Del Taco actually serves Tacos with beyond meat. I accidentally received a meat taco by mistake and without looking, I took a bite. I legit couldn’t tell I was eating meat until I looked down seconds later. The flavor of the vegan tacos rival the real thing imo.
@Disha Basu honest, the lettuce as a tortilla bothers me the least. It's the spices/flavor of the filling that's insulting. Even if you put that shit in a tortilla, you still shouldn't call it a taco.
You are so negative. Shine with plants has encouraged me to become a vegan. She is not a nutritionist and never claimed to be so. She did say do your own research. Find other RU-vidrs who deserve your negativity. They are a lovely family who seem to be healthy and happy. Hard to find. I hope Fabiola never sees this.
Its called an electrical bio mineral balanced diet. I KNOW its hard for you to accept that she is so different and amazing. But may i ask? Do the gorillas eat polar bear food and vice versa? Do the lions send their cubs to be schooled by the wolves? What is protein exactly? Break it down please. A grand master once asked that in a supreme court case , after curing every disease known to humans and won.... So, Shall we converse...
@@GyptscyHuss3L206 as you can se online, potrein is: nitrogenous organic compounds which have large molecules composed of one or more long chains of amino acids and are an essential part of all living organisms, especially as structural components of body tissues such as muscle, hair, etc., and as enzymes and antibodies. If you didn't understand, said simple, protein is what makes you have healthy muscles, hair, antibodies, etc.
This food looks so much more appetizing and nutritious than Unnatural Vegan's daily fare. It's just not a vegan dupe of a SAD diet. I'd stop asking "Where do you get your protein?" and start asking "Where do you get your fiber and micronutrients?" I've yet to see one day of Swayze's eating that includes enough vegetables.
this is exactly what i was thinking. People are so used to viewing the SAD as the basis of all diets, so anything that deviates from it (or cuts it out entirely like Shine w/ Plants) _must_ be restrictive, _must_ be lacking in nutrients, _must_ be unhealthy etc... I don't really understand why it's so hard for some to grasp that not everyone in the world desires to eat processed foods on a regular or semi-regular basis. Not everyone experiences cravings for sugary, salty, fatty foods, and sometimes a green juice can be just as energizing & fulfilling as a cup of coffee. Especially on a whole foods plant-based diet, your tastebuds adjust and gradually food like that just becomes less enticing and more off putting bc of how sluggish it can make you feel.
Child the jealousy, watch the channel it's a beautiful family and uplifting and positive and they are constantly eating filling meals, the devil is a liar.
this video is misleading and false, they eat super balanced!! They consume a variety of plant based foods including grains, fruits, nuts and seeds, If thats not balanced I dont know what is than. Do better research before you post.
Swayze knows damn well what balanced meals look like. They certainly eat a wide VARIETY of foods, but not a macronutrient-balanced diet. The entire point of this fucking video is that Vegan diets can be deceiving because they often look outwardly healthy but they. Are. Not. Fucking. Balanced. So tired of these comments saying that since Shine with Plants eat lots of veggies and look super healthy means that Swayze is wrong and jealous. Nutritional education in the vegan community needs to be better. We need to do better!!
Jesus, their food looks amazing! So much healthy variety, so fresh and beautiful... Your video showcasing them is actually convincing me to embrace their lifestyle!! Thank you! 🙏❤️
Don’t know why there’s so much hate. Fabiola and her family just show us what they eat and enjoy. They seem perfectly happy and healthy if she wasn’t I’m sure their bodies would tell them. Don’t need to bring so much hate to a platform like this.
