It's really sad how badly this anime flooped, especially given how good the manga and, of course, the VN are. Not to mention this amazing ost. Tsukihime, you deserve better. Ufotable, get on this shit!
They might as well do if the remake's hype is really going to hit. If you aren't aware yet Tsukihime Remake is going to be out this year and while hopes for a translated VN should be packed for years it is followed up by Melty Blood Type Lumina and various events. Since Japan is obsessed with the "media mix" type of marketing this may eventually be followed by an anime adaptation of the remake. Alas even if it happens it would be covering the Remake's altered storyline but it'd still worth the wait!
@@willyvereb Yeah I've heard about the remakes. Probably should finish the other routes before it comes out, but I just loved Arc and Shiki too much. In any case, I'm so glad Tsukihime finally getting some love again.
@@ultrapotatomode3222 I think the manga did the most justice to Arcueid's route, to be honest. Even Nasu admitted that he preferred that. Although if you wish to play the other routes of the VN then I recommend playing Ciel's route before (re-)reading the Tsukihime manga. Either way, I can fully recommend this. You won't be disappointed!
@@willyvereb The manga was straight up goated especially when they show Shiki actually finding Arc in the end. That actually made me cry. It also made me curious how strong Shiki became after his travels.
