Thank ya! Yes Shinjuku! I think I just got super lucky! It’s an older building of about 40 years, but it’s a 5 min walk from the station!

@@rickyrayreid my place is also about the same age, but 30 min walk to a minor station. It’s affordable tho. I know that prices in Tokyo are much higher, how is your place? Around the average price for Tokyo?

Actually a bit lower for what it is! I’m paying ¥100,000 which is a lot, but sooooo worth it since I can play music and not worry too much about neighbors! It ends up being only ¥10-20,000 more than a studio/sharehouse so I thought this was the best option by far for me!
