Thank you for the video, this looks like something I would like! I got curious about what the Japanese writing said, to see if there was an explanation for what “omelette” could mean in this context, so here is what I got: In red is “ふんわり オムレット”, “funwari omuretto”, something like “fluffy omelette” To the right of the red text is “こだわり カスタード”, “kodawari kasutādo”, “specialty custard” And below the red text is “しっとり ふわふわ 本格 カスタード の 味わい”, “shittori fuwafuwa honkaku kasutādo no ajiwai”, which means something like “moist and fluffy, the taste of classic/real custard” It puts a lot of emphasis on the taste of custard, so it looks like the comments about “omelette” being in reference to its folded over shape would make the most sense! Sorry for the nerdy comment, I just like trying to figure out things like these, haha Looking forward to the next video!

Thanks for this teeny stream... It does remind me of chiffon custard cakes altho the bread seems like a loaf white bread instead of chiffon... I think most Jpns pastries are really made to compliment tea drinks and coffee because they are not overtly sweet. Baldniko looks nekkid tho without the hat~
