NOT 24 hours, Shinri. 2-4 hours. 2-4 HOURS without proper refrigeration. Soba noodles loses their texture really, really fast once they've been boiled, and they will taste like very bland starchy mess without the elasticity and chewiness.

Those look good. You can have some tofu or grilled chicken to thr side. I don't know what it's called, but have you ever had cold noodles? That's on my wish list, but they always serve you a large bowl; I don't want to get such a large portion just to end up not liking it
