Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese word which refers to taking a short trip or a visit to the forest.
Literally, it means "Forest Bathing".

I am enthralled! I felt such joy and freedom and connection from your interpretive dance(s)! Thank you so much, I feel like I have been missing so much the past 10 years, and now remember I have the soothing woods nearby I can wander through which restores my calm and serenity. If only people knew of the powers of being surrounded by beings so composed and non-judgemental as trees towering over you, the World and Humans would feel so cured.

this is so fckn enticing...love the dynamic between the two....almost like tom trying to tame her. but she wont give in. that energy too "imma do me." and tom trying to meet her and then ground her. she aint gonna give in...she too forest. let that jungle outta her....she raised by forest creatures. and tom is interested. what do youa ll think?

This is a magical, mysterious, and sensual way of dancing and connecting to nature and the body. I am intrigued. If I had a private woods near me I would do this.

No, i dont believe this; Human interaction with other human and popping-like-movements can not be an element of Shinrin-yoku. Please dont ruin everything with those modern shits
