Fulcrum in dutch is steunpunt / draaipunt. So interesting I talk about fulcrums one time in my last video and I get this video reccomended. In a studio I used to train. With a girl in the crowd that is a friend of my sister. Such a small world sometimes.

Wow amazing especially at the end there. Quite capoeira influenced. When u r in london on your workshop if you have time try to come to bristol (2.5hrs by car 4/5 by bus). There is a big circus community and I went to an acro thing last year which was so high level (I am very much a beginner in this primal movement and acro and a little capoeria but I love it) I can try to find contact of woman who organised the acro thing if u want. There is at least one capoeria group too that I haven’t been to but know the guy a little. All the best
