INGREDIENTS
-------------------------
Mutton   - 1 kg (بکرے کا گوشت)
Tomato   - 7 (ٹماٹر)
Garlic paste   - 1 tbsp (لہسن پیسٹ)
Ginger paste   - 1 tbsp (ادرک کا پیسٹ)
Black pepper crushed   - 1 tsp (کالی مرچ)
Salt   - 1/2 tsp (نمک)
Chopped green chilies   - 4 tbsp (کُٹی ہوئ ہری مرچ)
Butter   - 3 tbsp (مکھن)
Yogurt   - 1/2 cup (دہی)
Oil   - 1/2 cup (تیل)
Water   - 2 cup (پانی)
Green coriander chopped   - 3 tbsp (کٹا ہوا دھنیہ)
Julienne cut ginger   - 4 tbsp (باریک کٹی ہوئ ادرک)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Add oil in the pot and heat for 1(one) minute
Now Add mutton and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes
Add salt and mix
Add water and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the meat is tender
Cover the lid and when the water is dried out add tomatoes
Then cover the lid and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes
Remove tomatoes’ skin then mash the tomatoes
Cook the mutton for 10 minutes,add ginger garlic paste and mix crushed black pepper
Add yogurt,mix well and cook until oil separates
Add chopped green chilies and green coriander then mix
