Shinwari Mutton Karahi Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
1kg Mutton with fats
4 Tomatoes
6 Green chilies
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Cumin seeds (crushed)
1 tbsp Black pepper (crushed)
1 cup Oil
2 ½ tbsp Ginger garlic chopped
Water as required
Directions:
In water boil tomatoes a bit and peel off their skin. Now cut them into four pieces
In a pan heat oil then add mutton, chopped ginger garlic and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes in it and let it cook on low flame for 25 to 35 minutes.
Keep checking the meat and when required add hot water in it.
When meat gets tender add salt, crushed black pepper, crushed cumin seeds and cook it well.
Add green chilies and you dish is ready to serve.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes

شنواری کڑاہی ریسپی
اجزاء:
مٹن 1کلو
ٹماٹر 4عدد
ہری مرچیں 6عدد
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
کٹا ہوا ذیرہ 1کھانے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ 1کھانے کا چمچ
کھانے کا تیل 1کپ
ادرک لہسن چوپڈ 2اور آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
پانی حسبِ ضرورت
ٹماٹروں کی بلانچنگ ترکیب:
ایک پین میں پانی گرم کر کے اس میں ٹماٹر کاٹ کر ڈالیں اور ایک منٹ کے لئے بلانچ کریں۔
اب ٹماٹر نکال کر ٹھنڈے پانی میں ڈالتے جائیں اور ٹماٹروں کی جلد اتار دیں۔
پھر ایک کڑاہی میں کھانے کا تیل ، چربی اور مٹن ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
اب اس میں ادرک لہسن اور بلانچڈ ٹماٹر ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر دو سے تین منٹ پکائیں۔
پھر ڈھکن اٹھا کر اس میں نمک، کٹی کالی مرچ، ذیرہ، ہری مرچیں ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر دس سے پندرہ منٹ پکنے دیں۔
اب پانی ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر مکس کریں اور پھر ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر مٹن گلنے تک پکائیں۔
تیاری کا وقت: 15منٹ
پکانے کا وقت: 35منٹ

Pls don't touch your bare hand to tomato. Wear glove or use chmita for removing tomato skin. Also you made slightly long procedure.
