Hey FedEx, stop being so bad pls thanks love u! ➥ INSTAGRAM / evanshanks ➥ TWITTER / evanshanks SEND ME STUFF: 📪 P.O. Box #1297 102 E Broad St. Forney, TX 75126 MUSIC: Muse Maker / Ruanda Records
They clearly just threw another pallet on top of it. Which should never be done if it says fragile on every side. You stack that on something if you need the room that bad
There’s things more important than material things, it’s cool, some people don’t have food to eat. God is forever, the things of this world are temporary.
@@Juduh we are not better than him... we could be helping people, growing food, but we are watching him getting material things ... But you're right about god being forever.
That’s really on prior design. Something that’s this expensive and fragile should always be shipped in a wooden crate and not some flimsy cardboard box.
I worked at fed ex and I was so surprised how people throw around the packages. But then after 3 months of working there I realized that 2 guys loadin a full semi in less than 2 hours requires throwing and carelessness. They just want to push as many packages through as possible and make their workers work their ass of for 12$ an hour
@@tuckergross4634 Delivery guy from the netherlands here. Packages can be thrown as long as they are not fragile in my opinion. If it says its fragile, just dont throw it. There was this guy loading in who threw quite a heavy box while loading in and there was beer inside. Lots of beer spilled on quite a few packages and the whole van smelled like beer. Havent seen him throw fragile packages after that lmao
I’ve called myself a car guy forever but I finally did some minor engine work today and it felt amazing. I know no one asked what I did today but I’m so happy it worked well.
i feel his pain, i’m close to crying every time a part shows up messed up because i’m a student, don’t have that much money so when i finally have enough money to get some parts it hurts if they come broken
@@mr.z3853 yeah i can but it takes time for the part to arrive again, when u get the part u feel stoked to finally be able to do something to your car again, i just feel disappointed if it comes broken
Fed ex is the ONLY the ONLY shipping company that gives me issues, I had ordered a gas tank for my car, I over nighted it and it didn’t arrive till 2 months after it was supposed to be arriving, and it came in with a fat dent In the bottom where the pump goes
I used to work at FedEx loading trucks to go out for shipment no one ever cared of fragile or any of that if it got messed up oh well still going out to the customer so I would look for another company to ship your stuff cause FedEx doesn’t care about your package as long as there load rate is high there happy. Sad asfff
I also worked at fedex loading up trucks and I can back you up on that they don’t give a shit about if it’s fragile or not just hurry up and get shipped out or you lose your job.
@@Jon95McC still fragile or not any parcel which is fragile or dangerous MUST be protected way better than this, like seriously anything could have been put on it or parcle could have came out of its position and slide around when truck was turning resulting in damage i work for shipping company and what i see is usually either good packaging in crates or so shit packaging i genuinely cannot put that parcel onto conveyor belt without it bending by its weight and lots of inbetween which is plain horrible it is fault of the company shipping this, imagine paying 13k for a bumper to come like this unprotected with no structural rigidity inside the box
Omg my place of work has to deal with FedEx literally throwing around packages of medication for animals so I completely understand your frustrations Evan. So thankful you already have the gift of naturally going with the flow no matter how low life hits ya. So excited to see the kit my man❤️✊🏼
The fact that you can continue on with the video regardless of all the terrible stuff you’re finding out about your body kit shows ALOT about your character bro , this is why I watch your videos.
Glad to see you didn’t yell at the delivery guy. Done that business before and nothing more frustrating than getting blamed for something that’s the company’s fault and not yours.
Ya man, I feel your pain. Also I remember a while back you mentioned your house not being able to handle the snow. Maybe I missed an update but is the house all good? I know you just got it remodeled.
As an ex employee of xpo, i was in training and i couldnt get a skid to fit. I told my trainer and he grabbed the skid and flung it off my forks and flipped it on its back and said good, close the door were good smh
that's shitty but inspiring how u stay so calm and positive about having that expensive of an object destroyed. im exited to see it all come together tho keep up the grind
FedEx has had a LOT of issues lately. They've lost two of my high-profile packages, and my brake kit was all kinds of bashed up. Thankfully everything was fine, but I feel your pain. This is incredibly frustrating.
I use to work at a boat factory in the paint department and once a year we had to scrape paint off the inside of the paint booths and we used the same paint stripper it was very strong
José seems to be an impeccable person! I like working with people like that! As for the broken parts, the shipping company would have a BIG complaint from me!
Idk why but u sound so calm if i would have got broken parts to my car i would have freaked out, Especially if someone like that dude delivered it. Head up Evan
I had a carbon fiber hardtop for my s2000 delivered through XPO logistics and the box was in shambles. Luckily that was the only thing destroyed because the company packed it really well but my heart sunk when I saw it. So unprofessional
I used to work for FedEx and they treat employee's like trash and you only bonus you get is by delivery more parcels then average but they change the average every week to make it super difficult to do. I got a back injury working there as they will fire people if you aren't quick enough and being quick means lifting the wrong way. They didn't care or compensate me for the permanent damage that happened. I worked there being careful with every box but the supervisors and such would just tell you to throw shit into the trucks.
Working in a warehouse I’ve seen a lot of employees treat packages like crap (I for one do not because I’d like to treat it as if it was my own) but some people just really don’t care even if it says fragile
IMO the "old" bumper's grill with the single horizontal line looks way better than the vertical lines, i'd definitely try to retro fit it in the new bumper if it was mine. I'm a fanboy of the 300 SL gullwing's look and i'd definitely pay the homage
Dude I know the feeling we had an expensive set of banshee cylinders shipped to us & we watched the delivery driver kick the box out of the back of the truck & shatter some of the cooling fins
I had GT fenders that got shipped and was damaged like that. Had them ship out another set and same thing. I just decided to leave it and fix it up as best as it can be
FedEx is the worst shipping company ever, if I have the option I always use UPS even if it costs more because where I live in East TN they are always more reliable. Just in the past 4 months I've had FedEx "loose" (probably stolen since it's harder to get now) 2 separate packages of ammo and they crushed a new scope I ordered.
That paint stripper is for sure mean stuff. Our company uses it to strip airframes and our hangar is at least 10 time the size of your shop, and its still nasty. But damn does it work. Great job, and great channel. Keep it up please.
