Dude, there's THOUSANDS of innocent people who get arrested for LITERALLY NOTHING. If a cop came up to me with an aditude and talking down to me they would arrest me for deciding not to talk and start recording on my phone and upon my refusal to ID. Pennsylvania isn't a stop and ID state thankfully, but you can literally go for a walk and get beat up, tazed and arrested by the police. There's videos everywhere. Now here, you did something illegal, you had to comply, most cases I see now a days are unlawful arrested and detentions by police.
