Any danger of actually starting it ?? Only been in the pipeline for about 30 years. By the time it gets done, imagine the population of Byford and surrounds !! Make Tonkin an expressway all the way north to the airport, the same as from the northern suburbs...upgrade Mundijong Rd to link with Kwinana Fwy...and you might just reduce traffic on both Kwinana Fwy and Roe Hwy every day. You're welcome.
