That boy was released from police station with 2-3 hours ,Eyewitness says that MLA SUNIL TINGARE(NCP) Went to police station to personally release that boy and that boy was treated in VVIP treatment in jail eating pizza and coke given by police(neta aur amiron ke kutte) sitting on sofa while bodies of victims went cold and their relatives were crying outside police station as they were not allowed to enter until advocate of the Murderer boy came to the police station with two Black SUVS and took him for getting bail and going HOME . Victims family still running around Police station and courts and media houses to see a glimmer of hope for Justice The Judiciary poured cold water on the victims as it granted bail to the boy within few hours of the case on the condition that he has to write a 300 word essay and do community service for 15 days and stay away from bad company...

I disagree with the judge and yes they should be named. The judicial process allows defence, therefore the defending solicitor holds no blame. He/She may not morally agree with the defendent, but as a matter of course, they must dispense their services.
