Shiv did the most to earn it, and because of that, her ending may be the cruelest of all

What's crazy is the script itself explicitly says Shiv is *very* smart, and points out that she picks up on things *fast* (quicker than Kendall at the very least, and i'd argue quicker than her other 2 brothers) yet people still wanna act as if characters that keep making plenty of (huge) mistakes themselves and are hellbent on never giving Shiv credit for anything at all are objectively assessing her abilities, enough to parrot them like... sure! You're definitely right that in terms of actual work being put in she did the most. No one else was out here reading - let alone *rereading* - legal documents or anything like that. I wish she had found a way of getting free of these games again but alas
