Exactly. He did that on purpose to scare Kallis, so his confidence goes down and next ball he got bowled out. Kallis shouldn't have just stood there and take the apology from Akhtar plainly. He should have warned Akhtar. Then he could have psychological advantage and wouldn't be out.
