Next is what we did yesterday.
1. CHECK SPRING LONG COMPARISON
There is a difference of 2 mm, initially 2 mm in our opinion will not have a significant effect on the slope of the car.
Action: Finally, we made a test with a 2 mm high shim
Result: no effect on slope.
2. MOVE THE SWAP POSITION SHOCK BREAKER SPRING SUSPENSION
The result is the body tilt changes position, initially on the left now moves to the right.
3. PAIR SPRING WITHOUT SHOCK BREAKER
There is a difference in height difference of 10 mm.
So from this treatment series that we did, we draw the conclusion that one of the suspension springs is already weak.
And the thing we did made the chimney as high as 1 cm.
using used plastic oil container cans.
After this treatment we did, we got the right and left body height balanced.
and after testing the car on the run, the car is more stable against shaking or when passing an uneven road.
In this case it happened in HYUNDAI ATOZ or KIA VISTO, but these characters are all the same for all cars.
Ok, we will analyze it again. Factors that cause Weak Suspension Spring:
1. ARM BUSHING which was initially damaged, made the car shaft change, so the spring received a different load between right and left.
2. RUBBER STOPPER or RUBBER BUMPER is damaged, causing loss of safe distance movement of Spring Suspension.
So that's the conclusion we can learn.
