I had the honor to get on stage with the one and only Ace Frehley and perform the KISS classic "Shock Me" at KISS Cancer Goodbye II, in Sarasota, FL, on October 14th, 2023. For a KISS fan like me it was a mind blowing moment!

Drummer is playing too much. And stomping around all through the iconic guitar solo. Just drive the ride cymbal, play the big fill coming out of the solo and the band will love you for it.

I was ok with it until he started banging the hell outta that China Crash lol. I guess I would've probably been overplaying my ass off too ... if I was on stage with Ace Frehley 😂. But I would have definitely not stomped all over his guitar solo

@@johnnyjohns3863 I was a jerk for posting my smarty-pants comment about Frehley's drummer. I apologize to him and the readers and I will heed my better Angels from here on. Having said that, I enjoyed reading your reply and had a chuckle about your China Crash remark (after all, few have resisted the trashy charm of the China Crash)!
