In my humble opinion, Jay is the most aesthetic monster in bodybuilding. He literally looks like a real version of a Dragon Ball Z character like Super Trunks or Broly. Also, what an awesome and humble guy, seeing a champion like this, man, I can't wait to go back to the gym!

This is so amazing to see. I was able to meet this man while he was touring and my mind was blown. I had seen bodybuilders in videos before and I'm a pretty big guy myself; 5'10 and 220lb mostly muscle. Therefore, I thought I'd see this guy and he'd be a bit bigger than me, more defined, etc. As I got closer to him, it gave credence to what he said in this video about sculpting his body to look like "a superhero", because this man looked like what I imagined a real-life version of Superman would look like, when I was a kid. It was at that moment that I gained a greater respect for bodybuilders and bodybuilding as a profession. These people truly evolve to the next level of humanity it seems, because I remember being almost breathless as I never thought a human-being could look so large and sculpted. It was literally like looking at a real-life, overly drawn superhero. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life!

Jay is the most humble bodybuilder I have ever seen Just look at his reaction very humble and down to earth I love him.

Jay simplesmente uma pessoa determinada, não deixou de acreditar na vitória sobre Coleman.

Even if the rock was on anabolic.. It doesn't change a thing about work ethics surrounding body building, you still need to go in 100%.. He's an inspiration to the millions..

well it changes a pretty big thing...without the juice, there isn't even a video created here. They show him working out, they show him eating, but let's all be honest for just a minute...without the juice, he's not even close...not even in the same vicinity.
