I like JeBron Lames but he has won just once in his time at La Lakers, and for a storied franchise like that, that's never going to be enough. Also, he tries to play GM too many times which just ends up causing more harm than good. If he wanted a reliable GM, and a good stable coach, he should have just stuck with Pat Riley and Erik spoelstra. But instead he goes everywhere, hops from team to team, plays GM and manages to make a pigs breakfast of everything.

Jeanie Buss let the wrong guy walk out the building, she should have been firing Rob Pelinka instead of letting Magic walk out. Pelinka was hired with no experience as an NBA executive, was not well liked among any NBA circles (most players, coaches, agents, other executives), only hired because he so happened to be Kobe Bryant agent. It's well documented how Magic sucked as a coach and commentator but as a basketball executive/well liked businessman given the opportunity with total control over the Lakers organization I'd seriously doubt you'd find many better. After watching the Lakers fans and pundit's turn their backs on Magic for walking away, I must admit it's pretty enjoyable watching Laker fans suffer as this neophyte who sits at the top of the organization continues to lead them into darkness.
