I can resonate with you Sian. You just have no motivation whatsoever. All i have done is yawn, tired all the time, tearful. Try and motivate yourself, and get out in the day. I have social anxiety, but sometimes you have to say to yourself " Sod it, i don't care what i look like, im going out " Take rocky to the park, bet the sunshine will perk you up. HSBC I was a customer of them for over 30 years and they fucked up with me so many times and I took them to the FO many times and they had to pay me out thousands. I’ve since closed down all my accounts with them. They’re the worst! Hope you feel better soon ❤

I really hope the ombudsman got in to work & sorted your case before this weekend. Bloody 6 months of pure worry & stress for you two is beyond a joke & that's just on the fraud. No wonder you are both suffering with your physical & mental health. You deserve far more than a poxy 150 standard compensation. I really pray you have heard something positive & the wheels are in motion for your money to be returned to you. I know money doesn't solve everything. i do feel for you, the condition you have is known as a nerve condition similar to arthritis with no cure. it can be made worse when you have depression and what has gone on has added to the pressure . i suffer with spinal wafers, scoliosis severe arthritis. and vascular necrosis in my left hand so have lost use in it. because of this i get anxiety heart palpitations and very tearful. its hard every day so now i meditate , as i cant go for walks . fresh air taking the dog out will help . until the finances are sorted there is help out there for you. keep strong your both feeling very low its understandable honey. sending hugs your way and a sprinkle of goodluck xx

Unfortunately our mental health isn't something me and matthew have chosen or have any control over. The grief from the loss our our little girl, has completely consumed us both. I wish i could control the way i feel most of the time, but i can't. We both feel the same about getting out at the moment and hopefully in time, our mental health will improve and allow us to go on walks together. I know you mean well and you're right, Izzie wouldn't want us to be sad all the time, but it just can't be helped. xx
Unfortunately mental health isn’t as simple as that! You can’t just shake it off and that’s it. Much more complicated than that. I have no doubt Sian and Matthew ( and many others) would love it to be that simple

Oh my goodness, that’s awful I’m so sorry. Losing 2 of your children and their Dad, i don’t even have the words, to express how sorry i am 😢♥️. My family just isn’t there same anymore, there’s always going to be that massive gap in our lives, that can never be filled. I find myself starring out the window at the sky sometimes, thinking “Izzie will be back one day”. It’s that waiting for something to happen feeling, that I have all the time. ♥️♥️ xx

Thank you lovely, it's a nightmare at the moment, but like i said in the vlog, i"I know we are not the only ones, the only ones that are going through a hard time. Anxiety and Depression are such a complex condition, especially because they are invisible and many people don't understand? I hold my hands up and say, i used to be one of those people. Not that i judged anyone, but i just didn't understand how it could stop you from working? Now i know exactly why. I have always worked, even when the children were little, but part-time, because we were fortunate that Matthew had a well paid job and i would like to be there for the children after they finished school. Sorry i'm giving you my life story 🤦🏻♀️. I seem to open up like this when i feel comfortable with someone, even though everyone can see 😊. Hi Sian just a suggestion, why don't you accept the invitation of your mum coming around and let her help you clean the house if it is too overwhelming for you , throw open the windows , get some music on , even have a coffee in the sun , take 5 mins to chill and carry on , im sure the bank situation will be sorted very soon , if the lady has just got back from her annual leave she probs has lots of emails to catch up on , you may have already heard from her by the time you have read this , I'm surprised Matthew is struggling to find work in his chosen field as last time he worked didn't you say he was real good at his chosen profession, thing is nowadays no employers want to give permanent jobs it's always zero hours or temporary etc it's really hard in these current times for us all , I would def start with the house to try and pep you up abit it won't cost you any cash and will keep you busy , just take it slow do a little bit each day , floor is gonna look great tho once finished 😊 look forward to an update soon ... 😀
Erm my Mum and cleaning don’t go together 😂 and she wouldn’t mind me saying that, she’d completely agree 😆. I’ve randomly cleaned her kitchen, while she was in the other room, I’d only gone in there to make a cup of tea 😂. Me and Matthew were in the garden today, it was nice to be out in the sun and working together, getting some of the garden done. Yes Matthew is really good at his job and would always be head hunted, but unfortunately in his line of work, things have really slowed down, plus even though they’re not by law suppose to discriminate, I believe that a lot of companies aren’t employing him because what he’s gone through, as they think it could affect his work? I don’t know, I’m probably over thinking it, but like I mentioned in the video, he is doing a commission based role at the moment and may have some leads coming up, so we are just waiting for things to pick up at the moment. He’s always been a hard worker and next claimed any form of benefit, so for him to be out of work for this long, is really getting to him. I’ll definitely show you once the floors finished, but it may take a while ☺️♥️ xxx

Thank you lovely. Omg social anxiety is so bad, it has completely changed me as a person. I never used to be like this, I’d be that person making conversation with someone at the bus stop or supermarket. I would love going out with my mates for a meal or to the pub, but now I can barely chat on the phone. Most of my jobs have been talking to customers or patients either on the phone or face to face, but I wouldn’t know what to say now?
