Hello Dadusak! Just thought I'd correct one point - I created and ran the Minecraft ModDB page with permission from Notch, and I personally asked, if Minecraft won the ModDB "Indie of the Year" awards, would he add cake? He said yes, and I co-ordinated the Quest for Cake campaign on ModDB. Naturally, it did win, and cake got added. Thought I'd just elaborate on that a bit. Great video! Very interesting, I feel so old knowing nearly all of these :P

Wow I actually didn't know the first version of Minecraft I played was Noahs work. I remember this was my first experience playing Minecraft and honestly I was terrified of the night. I was eager to play after watching the Yogscast start their Shadow of Israphael series. I ended up hollowing a mountain out for my first home when I spawned and figured how to punch wood. I had a spider just stuck outside of my door so I was too scared to leave. I just know I wanted to make a painting for my new house. I ended up gaining the courage to fight the spider outside whom had reinforcements. I gained enough string to make that one piece of wool and I made my creeper painting and put it on the wall. Eventually the website was shut down and I was devastated. I begged my grandpa to buy Minecraft for me. After doing every chore he told me to do; he got it for me and I was absolutely addicted since.
