OK so weight loss had nothing to with this? Look gua sha can contour your face but it is meant for massaging your face and releasing tension. Not to make your face slimmer lol😅

You want to look better and change your face shape? Workout and eat in a caloric deficit, gua sha will only help will blood flow to the face and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
@@JhianRick She prob recomped her body along with it then . Idk . My best in real life has similar results and nvr lost weight. Her face used to be extremely bloated and puffy but now it’s extremely chiseled and sculpted, and the only thing she does differently is drinks a gallon of water and gua shas twice a day . Gua sha definitely works .
People who hold fluid in their face experience a wider nose. When you lose that inflammation and excess fluid your nose thins out. This isn't new. Women complain of pregnancy nose all the time.
guasha reduces fluids it's a lymphatic massage it's very good almost necessary for certain persons like me who retains fluids and inflamation, reduces sugar/salt and drink enough water (not too much don't kill your kidneys) 1,5L to 2L max and min, walk a lot, and most importantly SWIM best thing to reduces fluids, you will lose so much weight

I’m sick of everyone saying this stuff is fake. Honestly I look GLOWING and gorgeous when I do lymphatic facial massages. Don’t believe? i wanna do guasha but im terrified i heard a doctor say too much gua sha can kill collagen and elastin on face. you end up saggy when you're old . they recommend just weight loss and good diet and dont massage face too much
I also wanna do guasha.. I'm in the middle of purchasing one.. I try to get information and one doctor said theres no harm doing gua sha, if there is, the most will he redness on face because massaging too hard, as it is if you put too much pressure on your face 😅 I'm not an expert but how can gua sha kill collagen? The most it will do makes blood circulation flow better. Collagen naturally produced less and less as we grow older, so being saggy is normal for elderly.. I think I remember artist doing botox so their face still looked young eventho they are already quite old. It needs to be maintained tho, like fill it again with botox every certain time, and when they stop doing it, suddenly their face looked saggy. Well I still try to look for information for side effects of gua sha.. thank you for sharing your story..

There's definitely some work done on yhe face. Nose is completely a different shape, and it's not with gua sha. It's very easy to target people's insecurities and spread misinformation
