Why do we play midfield as two 10's. Having mainoo and Bruno up togheter, leaving casemiro alone. Happens every game. Or it's Mctominay and Bruno as two 10's and Mainoo left alone. How can you even win games like this? One pass thru our two 10's and it's easy to get a chance. How can't the coaches see this? System was way better last season, don't understand why Ten hag changed it, and keeps stickig with it, though its clear, it will never work.
Mainoo is not a 10 and has decent enough defensive attributes, the midfield of bruno, mainoo and case is pretty balanced. The reason the midfield gets cut open is because there is a huge gap between the defense and the midfield.

Utd didn't deserve anything from the game. Caicedo made the biggest error of the game. Mason Mount got Chelsea going again. His lil mind games got us playing aggressive and Madueke made the difference. But there's only one Cold Palmer 🥶
