1.36k subs is a pretty impressive feat in its own right. I watched the races live stream and you are right it is much more exciting than F1. Shame about your car problems because you were running well. Look forward to seeing you next year.
Thanks Josh. Yeah the Alpha Live coverage was awesome, Clennell on the grass, Adam in the way, Westworth shutting the door on Pollard into the chicane. Great racing
Great coverage burt, the highlights are good but I like to see the full race footage as well even if there are laps with no overtaking, it shows the build up. Look forward to next year👍
@@RobBailey-c2g appreciate it Rob! Sorry we didn’t get to speak more at the weekend. Sure thing mate, will upload the full races from the whole year during the off season! Keep an eye out
Been waiting for this ever since watching the race coverage. Thanks for bringing us this season. It's been enjoyable to watch what it's really like to try and race open-wheelers as a weekend warrior. I'm glad to hear you're planning to have another crack in 2025 and look forward to watching you race.
Hi Bert, thanks for the great coverage of your F1000 season. I have really enjoyed the close racing and seeing your progression . You have had some terrible luck and it looked as though you had really good top ten pace in the three races. . You have improved a lot and can hustle the car now and look much more comfortable and confident. This season points to a great 2025 if it all comes together. Keep up the good work and I will try to get to Brands or Snetterton with my lad to watch live 👍
Really appreciate that Matthew! Fingers crossed we find and fix all the problems over winter. It’s exciting. If you do make one of those races, come find me at our awning / garage. Your son can jump in the car and rev it up!
Great content as usual, like the way you show it warts & all.I feel your frustration with the intermittent electrical issue. (as an M.B. tech. Look forward for your vids. next season..ex pat racer in the USA..Regd. Robb. Good to see your confidence & race craft progressing.
Ugh. Big booms cost big money, and the motor definitely made a big boom. You looked quick when it was running, though. Driver progress was made, now it's on to a winter's worth of car progress.
Some good footage there as usual, I too had shocker, my wheel ripped off race 2 so that was my season finished, good racing with you mate, I'm gonna sell my car and go S1000 Championship, cars are alot cheaper, semi slicks, stock engines etc, I may be able to be competitive again in that Championship 😂 good luck for the future!
I saw the video mate that was brutal! Sorry to see you go mate, we had some great battles and would have been racing a lot next year together. Will see you around the paddock.
Would love to hear a full breakdown of costs for what the championship cost you. It seems a viable alternative to something like the Caterham Academy to get into racing cars 👍
@@omg_atomtake a look at GXUK karts if you want to make the step into running yourself, GX200 Honda engines on pre 2018 chassis. Very close racing for not too much £££’s
@@ChapmansCorner I know it still stings a little, but that would be a good off-season video to make, and it would be full of useful data for anyone considering the class. We always need more F1000s.
