The story line is True. What happened to Khulekani happened to me too. We have been Born again Christians in my family since I was young . My father passed on four years ago, he came to me and showed us that we were on the wrong path. We were calling the Ancestors AMADIMONI.. But today we gave gone back to recognising that the Ancestors are our True way to the future like Jesus had to adhere to all the Jews Laws.

I enjoy umkhokha, and I have no problem with their brlief, i believe in God, and some of us believe in ancestors. We shouldn't downgrade others or criticize their beliefs, thumbs up to the producer and team.
At the end of the day, writers are there to write and tell stories, which are then acted out. Just like we used to create our stories when we were kids. This is just a story that is being portrayed perfectly. The actors are so good, in such a way that you even forget that it's not even real. For example, Siphamandla is nothing like the actual leader of the "you-know-who church or religion". In fact, it's easy to tell that Nay Maps studied the late Zulu king's character for this role. No one looks down to Christianity but this is the way to show us that even in the past there was African religion this is an indigenous religion that we shows the blacks believed in God coz Majudiya the call the name Unkulukulu we Basotho we call him Ramasedi meaning all of us we pray to higher power Elohim the most high God. Just a reminder to particularly Africans, that Christianity is not indigenous to Africa but was brought here by White missionaries as a very potent agent of colonisation. The two are INSEPARABLE. So, as converts to Christianity, Africans shouldn't be overexcited and oversensitive to other religions or belief systems.
