That’s a pic of a fp1 fixed on 6 Basically a Bridge cemented to mini implants. There are surprisingly some places that do offer this.

My mom got mini dental implants with full zirconia bridge. The implants fractured and failed. Eventally, the bridge with fractured implants still in them fell out of her mouth. She was in so much pain and discomfort.

Mini implants are not able to support zirconia.
