Your Assassins dying easily and often is due to their extremely low HP, you're not giving them enough to live long enough for the heals to keep them alive once they're done with the back-line. ofc you're going to prioritize INT but give them "just enough" HP to stay alive, save yourself mana crystals and win fights easier, dead = zero dps + one less meat sack for enemies to target :)
