Not only a tour of the property but we get a life story interview with the resident living there the longest. Every property needs a guy like Mark that's willing to help those that need it. I wish him the very best in life.
BIG SUPER, NICE OF YOU TALKING TO MARK, WHO HAS BEEN THERE 48 YEARS, A VERY NICE MAN. THE PLACE STILL NEEDS REPAIRS, BUT NOT BAD. HEY BIG SUPER, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO COOLIDGE, AND FLORENCE, CASA GRANDE FOR SOME MORE AFFORDABLE HOMES. GREAT VIDEO😊
I’ve seen that trailer in person, it’s been on sale for over a year! . It has an illegal cut out extension of the 2nd bedroom. Illegal windows. The floors are all wobbly. It is in need of a lot of repairs! She’s asking 57 grand for this condemned trailer. The kitchen needs a full renovation. The floor boards are all sloped. Please stay away from this butcher job. This handy man isn’t even legit. Buyer beware!!! Bring an inspector before you buy. Not worth the money.
@@bambinaforever1402, the counter tops aren’t even placed properly on the cabinets. The plumbing in the kitchen is all wrong.. which he did mention early on in the video they have plumbing issues. If you look close in the video the black counter top doesn’t go fully across on the right side by the sink. Trust me I’ve seen the place. The only thing nice which I did like are the appliances. If you look when big super leaves through the side door there is a “black window” from the bedroom. It’s patched up only from the inside.
Hey Big Super!! Glad to see you back on RU-vid!! Missed seeing your channel!! I hope you and your family are doing well!! Sending you all lots of love and blessings!!🙏🙏🙏😍😍😍
You’re out there doing the good work!!! I love your videos bc you really can’t find this specific information anywhere. You are the ideal landlord everyone wishes they had. This is a really nice place! Thanks for showing bc a lot of ppl don’t realize a mobile home can be a nice place to live. I don’t know what would be involved but you should be an inspector or something similar and get paid to call out the good and the bad like the slum lords out there (there are many!) Lock in some sort of city contract or privately funded contract bc you are soooo good at this!!!! Thank you for caring and for standing up for what is right! You’re genuinely so kind to everyone you encounter and you actually listen. I hope one day I get to meet you. You ask all the right questions and let ppl tell their story. You probably don’t even realize the impact you’ve had on some people. Keep shining and thriving!! ❤❤❤ this guy is so nice and he cares too!!
Brother Super... these are the videos I started watching your channel for. I like seeing you talking to ordinary people and visiting affordable places 👍
Four Squares is a playground game from my Elementary school days-- in the 70s! It's played with one person in each square bouncing a ball into other squares. There is usually a group standing outside of the squares waiting for someone to be out so they get a turn. Ah the good ole days 😊
@@Ovofat23 yes playing those types of games was so much better-- fresh air and exercise. At school the Board was nicely painted on the playground. At home we drew it with chalk. # Old School 😉
I couldn't afford to even live in a place like this because I was homeless!! But as I said before, I picked myself up and got a job and worked till my joints was hurting!! I bought my own house and still maintain a standard of living!! If I and others can do it?? ANYONE CAN!! I am living proof!!
Janet Andrews hello from Virginia: Super for real you can surely know about a neighborhood by asking the tenants staying there. By the way you are slimming down real good-looking fly for 51 you don't look a day over 40.
Just saw prices on Zillow for new mobile homes at a local park here. The prices were in the $90,000 range, that's nuts! Add in your lot rent and to always fear the owner of selling out to big corporations who quickly raise rents. Now what, your stuck! Move? Move where?
Are you still live there and I know that guy with the long gray hair he takes care of all the stray cats that live there and we used to call him cat man. There's a colony of stray cats and tons of scorpions there.
Bless his heart. U should have opened a charity account for him and cats and people would donate for the cat food. You means the guy who made the video. Sorry.
We live in Mobile Gardens in Wittmann AZ next to Surprise AZ. Everyone in our community owns their property so we don’t pay anyone else but we don’t have all of the fun extras.
Big Super...I'm thinking maybe you should get stats on crime for the property area you show. People are depending on you for full disclosure especially if they're not from this state...js Otherwise great content
Well im in Peoria in a manufactured home community, and my lot rent isn't that high, and I'm im a nice, well maintained, family park, with onsite manager and maintenance men who will help you in a heartbeat, but then again buying here is more expensive, nothing under 100k
Umm at 1st I was like nice place if u want something cheap with nice amenities. But after you spoke to that guy I see why no one outside at the pool or the kids park. Wow smh 🤦🏽 😮😢😅
Mark is the real deal just sad how corporations and landlords price gauge common folks that are trying to get by... Politicians that favor greed is not your friends
How hot was it when you toured and vlog for us ? Could that be why no one was there ? The pool looked clean and nice . I am shocked at the lot rent . What town and what area ?
HEY SUPER ♥️ CAN YOU DO PROPERTIES IN BUCKEYE? BEEN LOOKING FOR A LOW LAND LEASE FOR MOBILE HOMES.. ALSO ..HOMES IN BUCKEYWITH OWNED LAND.. AND LOOKING FOR A REALTOR..LMK.. ❤️
Except for Mark it looked completely deserted. It was kind of sad and creepy. Out little neighborhood always has kids playing outside. I guess it isn't too safe. I hope Mark doesn't get priced out. Where would he go after all this time?
I live in a Mobil home. My APS bill in June, July, Aug is around $400.00 those 3 months each At 78° All other cooler months the bill usually is $220 ish At 78° APS says you can average it out throughout the year, but nahhhh I'll just work a little OT in the summer months . Sad tho
@@Thatsright-tr2kswow! That is expensive. Arkansas gets hot in summer too (not Arizona hot) but I average $100 per month in June July and August at 78 degrees.
I’m going to look for land in Williams next year. I follow Traveling with Charity. She sold me on my retirement. Not sure if I want raw land. But my possibilities are endless.
Thats just pure lazy ness not cleaning up after your pet YOU ( the lazy person ) is the reason things are not nice and you have places that DO NOT WANT PETS
