The ballots being counted were “in on time.” People aren’t voting or trying to vote at 4AM, the “poles” are closed. Absentee ballots postmarked by today are accepted in some states so they will be counted later. They’re still legitimate votes. He’s such an idiot. EDIT: So sarcasm is definitely lost on people. I am well aware that he’s talking about absentee ballots still coming in, but its up to states to determine how to run elections. It’s just the way it works. Republicans and Democrats had the same opportunity to vote this way. I’m pretty sure all absentee ballots in every state have to be postmarked by today so nobody is voting after the polls close. In the past the amount of votes were less, even though the presidential race isn’t decided by popular vote, 48 of the states have a winner takes all policy with their electoral votes. Meaning whomever wins the popular vote in those 48 states also gets the electoral votes for that state. So if there are more votes they cannot declare with absolute certainty until they count all those ballots. In the past the projections were made if it was a large enough margin, however counting of votes did continue on for awhile. Prior to the electronic age, in the first century of this grand experiment it really took a long while. I’ve actually studying US Government academically. If you don’t like the way it’s done, blame the framers of the Constitution.

Each state made mail receipt dates knowing the US postal system could not handle the influx of unusual volumes, citing experienced delay just from Corona virus issues as proof in some cases. States with larger populations do in effect cause bigger voting challenges. The posted and dates stamped ON the votes will show if they made the cut. Oddly enough, the Democrats pushed for voters to use the ballot drop off box stations if they could, but lol, seems old Trump fought at the end and many places yanked those boxes, forcing the mail overload. Exact figures are foggy at the moment, but I believe there was one state in particular that had two boxes left after republicans pulled the rest, leaving a possible 3 million voters to drive hours to get to those two, or use mail. Of course the mail system would be inundated. Also, the head of the US postal system, recently placed in that position, a long time friend of Trump, was harshly cited for not ensuring that ballots were made the priority and that they arrived in a timely manner. Many ballots missed the cut because of that. As for timeline. Several states did not begin the count of ANY mail ballots until the end of election day and all other regular ballots were tallied. THAT was a problem in my book and got everyone's panties in a wad. It would not have appeared as a "last minute" surge had they started counting the ballots as they received in the early months and weeks as they had arrived. ...but lo and behold, Trump took issue with that idea too, everywhere EXCEPT Florida, who did do the mail in count early, but those were in his favor. One personal issue I have here is that Trump won in 2016 by far less, but to him, he won so it must be legit, even though Russia gave a little push there. This time, when a great deal of the people had reinforced that they were tired of his BS, and made it clear that they'd vote against him, he started calling fraud. In 2016 he said voters for Hilary came in, voted, walked out to their car, changed shirts, went and voted again, changed shirts again and put on a hat, and again walked in to vote that 3rd or 4th time, and said that is how Hilary got votes. If you recall, he was calling fraud because he didn't win by a bigger gap. It's his ego. Family member/background aside, his niece the psychologist hit many nails on the head...Trump cannot face scrutiny or defeat. It's been a life long issue long before politics. I read the fine print. Nothing gets to Trump unless you donate more than 7 thousand..all those folks giving $5 or $10 are feeding a PAC. They never read that tiny print when you scroll twenty two screens down the page. So I enter the amount $7500 and what do you think appears...a pop up option that all out suggests that my donation will only make an impact if I choose to make it weekly, or at least monthly donation. The email Blizzard in the last days were quite amazing, with Trump emails going on about Biden's plan to let the virus run amuck and Biden stopping the people from getting a vaccine by ensuring no vaccine is ever made. The one before went on about how the suburbs will burn to the ground and how people will have nothing if Biden wins...the scare tactics and rhetoric got far worse. Yet not one single message in the 30 or so emails coming per day, said a single thing about his Trump plan for the next 4 years. None. It was all pressure and fear tactics. I get that this proved useful, but is that right? Is it right to bait people, trigger fears, or instigate problems? His methods have not changed since the days he bragged about never having to pay folks because if they sue, his lawyer ties them up till they go broke, so no one dares fight him. The Commonwealth says he voted this year. My mother, however, is Resting In Peace and did not vote, according to the Commonwealth. She's been that way since 2005. There are thousands of deceased voters on the rolls and PA refuses to take them off. There were numerous (400?) voters whose birthday was Jan. 1, 1900. There are absolutely zero voters who are 120 years old in the USA. In fact, one of our voters was born in 1850! That guy's eating right, for sure. What a good patriot. Not even a Trump supporter, I would have preferred a Bernie presidency. They did the same thing to him in the DNC primaries but you're all too blind to realize. I pity you.
This election is not just about Trump winning it's about exposing the fraud , and it's ramped and has been for many elections . He will take every state to court where he knows it's happening regardless he wins or not , it must end or the majority will always win .
It is unlikely that a Biden administration would break the "Obama tradition" of not prosecuting the previous administration's criminals. If any justice is going to be had there, it will have to come from the SDNY and other jurisdictions that have axes to grind against 45*, his family and their companies.
