Theres my brother!! Yes sir look at those beautiful RED IRC Big Bore Shocks WOW! those are hard to come by! I have a few silver sets myself they are phenomenal shocks! The Rovan baja Max 10mm shocks are a good second/third choice dependent on what build your going for! Great review Jeff i heard that little shoutout in there son! The king motor is nice. But the plastic is weaker and more brittle than Rovan but also lighter than Rovan. Only issue ive had is the plastic will break in 30 degree weather but how often are we running in 30 degrees…haha not to often! I made my KM 001 in to a billet masterpiece ! I like the KM billet its very nice! The KM shocks are far more superior o doubt! But the Rovan ones do work just not as good!

Great info! My 30.5 long rod just arrived today from Allen. Would you recommend putting a bartolone velocity stack on it? I have 2 sitting in my parts box and one I’m planning on putting on my TMR 49cc Raminator engine.
No absolutely would not! The bart stack is a waste of 55 dollars! A regular 8 dollar stack with kill the torque the same way! I would leave it just how Allen has it! I changed my stock filter to a vstack ddm style and It killed my torque so much that I could not pull 24/50 gears like I did before! The stock air filter and i take made more power on my 30.5 long rod! My vstack is coming off and the stock filter is going back on!
I have two bart stacks too for 110 bucks wow And sadly you gotta dremel them if you want to use them with a choke! So I dont care for them at all! And one is on my ram too 😂😂

That is really personal preference I run 45 to 50 in the rear and 25 to 35 in the front. For regular styled Rovan shocks! kM and HPI VVC shocks I used belray 15 weight shock oil on all four corners as it achieves the best handling and keeps the car planted instead of wheelies all over the place .
If you have this car the Max5T then you should be using 1000 weight fluid on all four corners even in the sand. It will handle great . I’ve tested many different oils in the MaxT and 1000 is superb !!
