I don't know, I can make a hell of a lot of trips across town on $1200. If that thing were 1/2 that price I might consider it. Looks more like a pain in the butt than anything. I just don't see the value there. I'm bringing one from across the pond that will fill my tank in about 8 mins. Look for it on my channel soon.
The latest Freedom F10 does about 10 Cu Ft to 4500 PSI in about an hour. This means it will fill tanks as follows: Great White 97 Cu Ft Tank (or similar size tank) 9.7 Hours from 0-4500 PSI 3.2 Hours from 3000-4500 PSI (topping off a tank) Tiger 72 Cu Ft Tank in 7.2 Hours from 0-4500 PSI 2.4 Hours from 3000-4500 PSI (topping off a tank) Guppy 18 Cu Ft Tank in 1.8 Hours from 0-4500 PSI 0.6 Hours (36 minutes) from 3000-4500 PSI (topping off a tank) Don't forget to get a quality air filter with a bleeder, etc. If you have any more questions, on this type of topic, please let us know.
The best way to use this compressor is by having your big tank filled at a scuba shop and then us the air down to 3500 PSI. Then use this compressor to fill it back up to 4500 PSI. I had one of these and it was good.....but the Yong Heng compressor was way less expensive and quicker. I do the same with the Yong by using air down to 3500 psi and then refill to 4500 psi. Takes about 20 minutes and is a lot cheaper than going to a scuba shop...time and gasoline saved plus wear and tear on car. I use the Yong now exclusively. No need for a first stage compressor.....the Yong is all you need.
takes forever....then go fill up a k bottle or a bank of them each time you want to quickly top off a few tanks. Might not be worth the price dif for a good compressor after spending the money on a k bottle and fittings, and regulators.
Harry Brown up until this year the shoe box was about the only game in town without spending a huge amount of money on a compressor there's a handful of compressors coming out now that are affordable that do a really good job check out airgundepot.com for their new air compressor. thanks for watching my videos and commenting
That's a big piece of shit compressor! Throw it in the trash! It'll break down quickly and costs the earth. Buy a Chinese proper 4500psi at HALF the price!
