@@beautifulcaramelman I am a HUGE Wax Doctor fan and I don't like to compare musicians at all. But, if pushed, based on discography, I would say Artemis pips him. They are both GREATS though.
I like to run on a treadmill and close my eyes and imagine I’m running on water into a sunset with no destination at the same time Reminisce in the early 2000’s when life was less stressful and i was a kid 😎
A feeling of joy, a feeling of bliss, of every muscle relaxing then effortlessly melting into your immediate surroundings to become part of them, taking up no room and yet being everywhere at once.
@@barronmiles7266 I pitch quite a lot of stuff down these days tbh, particularly when I'm mixing or just listening at home, don't get me wrong I love a good tear-out but a certain amount of soul and atmosphere can be reintroduced by dropping the tempo sometimes... Another track which sounds great slowed down is Drift to the Centre on GLR ❤💛💚
Love this! Remember hearing this on a Fabio kiss fm or radio 1 set. Back in the day when dnb only had a 2hr slot on mainstream radio. Before that it was pirate radio only.
I ow this to an older mate seeing it hearing it an never look back what a thing to listen to an be part of much respect to everyone here we will never replicate this peace
as this tune radiates, a cry is heard coming from the unfathomable depths of the deep blue ocean, a human soul trapped in the playful existence that is a dolphin cries out in vain for a companion like itself
i clicked on a youtube mix starting on the pfm mix of david holmes - gone and was about to close it after about an hour of old school rabbit hole diving, but when i scrolled and saw shogun i said "oooh shogun, let's hear it before closing down" and i'm so happy i did
cos your looking down the easy path, take the path that takes a little bit of extra time and effort and you will see. jungle, drum and bass is very much alive
Its alive, but its an old music style, so its alive in small communities (you'll find in bandcamps and alike), people did a lot of what should be done in the genre, yet some artists are focusing in minimal stuffs and its been a beautiful and interesting wave, check this artist: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0_5zN1BrqeA.html But you should check the Drum and Bass Labels, Metalheadz, for example, have releases cataloged in 2017: rateyourmusic.com/label/metalheadz/4 This EP was their last release I heard: rateyourmusic.com/release/ep/andy-skopes/speechless-ep/ Its a heavy music for me, yet its a nice music, good production.
Sophia Cristina To be honest, this variant of the music was never ‘immense’...certainly not as big as it deserved to be. But it was great just that way. I loved going to Speed and Logicals’ at Turnmills or wherever. Thursday was THE night to go out.
