This is HORRIBLE!!! Diddy has daughters. How would he like any man to do this to one of his daughters??? Furthermore; if he can do this to Cassie in the hallway of a hotel, just imagine what he must have been doing to her behind closed doors. Self-reflection is important. I’m glad you saw that you were incorrect in perhaps how you previously viewed Cassie’s situation, and apologized now. It’s easy to judge someone’s situation and try to rationalize why someone could stay in an abusive situation but it is not always so clear or easy to understand. Fear is very real and abuse is more sinister than people are ready to accept.
I swear to God watching the footage mentally broke me today. It’s beyond disturbing and disgusting. Shame on all of these people that cooperated to keep this tape hidden in exchange for money. I agree, I hope that they are listened to when they come forward. Yes, some women might be making up allegations for their own personal reasons but at the very least, they should be listened to & from there, investigations are conducted & discussions presented. Otherwise, if our society is fast at rejecting the chance to listen to these allegations because the famous person is their idol, we are going to keep this topic & solutions in a dark place of hurt & pain. Hey Hass I appreciate your compassion and apologies to Cassie. Real man. This was so hard to watch having lived this and no one believing you because he knows just where to hurt. I believe places like that take payment to watch out for the celeb. He either heard her leaving OR security watching and alerted him she was leaving.
Hassan, when Cassie first made her allegations known, you showed compassion & at the same time, you zeroed in on her being an adult who had a choice, which in my opinion, was conflicting. I responded back then, that I thought you would be able to understand her situation without using her being an adult as a way for you to distinguish her situation from yours, pertaining to AB (allegations from you which I think are credible). It is sad that such footage had to emerge for Cassie to be believed, despite Diddy having allegations that goes back for years. Diddy is not some new star who met new allegations. Now Cassie has to go through this trauma again, with modern opinions about that past situation. Abuse is abuse, & when it happens to a child, it is horrible but at the same time, adults can be abused & don't even know what escaping is all about.
