This episode is a continuation of least weeks episode where I was shooting film in Palm Springs. This week I continue my film photography road trip through the southwest. My first stop is Trona Pinnacles. This was an insane landscape with endless beauty. After one night in Trona Pinnacles I head north to shoot film in Death Valley.
On this trip I take with me my Leica M6 rangefinder, Pentax 67, and Mamiya 6 folding film camera. Shooting landscapes on film is a challenge and I absolutely love it! Shooting a variety of film really helps me understand what film I should choose for each scene I encounter in future shoots. Build up that database of situational film knowledge! :) In this epode I shoot both medium format film and 355mm film. Kodak porter 400, Kodak Portra 400, Lomo 400, Lomo 800, and Kodak Pro Image 100.
