1 possible scenario ...Meanwhile, down the street, the bullet stopped in the engine block of a single mother that was her only transportation to work, but not before it traveled thru 2 homes almost hitting a child and her grandmother
@@pertburton5586 No, but neither is her illegally obtained assault rifle. Maybe a lawyer can get her charges reduced so that she can stay with her kids and her mother. She doesn't seem to take how seriously even shooting unto the air can be...the bullets have to come down somewhere.
@@stevedrinkard7297 Their loss. I keep all mine in a 1000 pound gun safe. The average street rat wouldn't have the ability to get mine because I store them properly.
Yes, yes, yes. There's always 2sides to a story. I am so glad she cleared her name, because her smiling mugshot was questionable. Now I know now why she was smiling, because she shouldn't have those charges. What I see now is self defense. She had did what she needed to do first, by reporting those threats, so that's very good, and smart. Then you see those same bully women coming to her house, with her 4kids inside, and her mother, so she made some noise, to let them know she meant business. The courts should also see she felt some fear, of their threats, to even go out to buy the gun. And for sure they shouldn't be forced to leave their home, but the other women should move, and given a restraining order, to stay away from her.. I sure hope a lawyer help her to keep their home, because by law she was protecting her home.
“I’d rather protect myself than let somebody beat me before I get justice,” I was just saying this.. the system is so fucking worthless 🤦🏾♀️ the fact that this reporter referred to two grown ass antagonistic bullies as “victims” towards the end of the video is really absurd
@@misterjohnson3363 obviously, but let’s be fr… they came to her house with the INTENT to jump her & even broke her window. Definitely sounds like they chose violence to me, but according to “authorities” they are somehow the victims??? even though they weren’t harmed & the woman who was detained & had to drop racks for bail now has to go in her pocket AGAIN, just to move abruptly bc they are STILL harassing her (and all of this is the case even though she’d filed a report prior to the situation) she knew what they were on and came prepared 🤷🏽♀️ all this bc that lady bd is a messy whore😂🤦🏾♀️
She illegally purchased, possessed, and used a gun against people who no one has said had any weapons at all, in Public Housing. You respect people who are criminals?
She should've had a lawyer there if she was gonna do an interview, so he/she could vet the questions first, before she answered any of them. And the females that were harassing her were apparently not scared after she fired the gun into the air because they came up on her property afterwards and busted out one of her windows, and they continue to threaten her!
@@SantosRiveraPR75 And no news story. I know these type of women, they look for drama. Then when the drama get out of control and someone die they hide behind the bushes
Let's see if she had a job, if so if found guilty which she will be fired if it's a decent paying job. Now she has a Criminal record. Will she be able get another job with a Criminal record. I doubt it unless it's a job that only hire convicts. Letting your emotions control your actions that will cause you more trouble in the future. You don't have to prove yourself to no one now she has to find somewhere else to live. She's being kicked out of her home with 4 children. If she was receiving any government assistance like rent utilities EBT she can kiss all of that goodbye. Any mature Adult would've handle it the legal way. Not like some street thug in the street.
@@earvetta I've never heard of a thug who fires warning shots. I'm not saying that they don't exist. I just haven't heard of it happening. The only thing that I actually see as problematic, is the way that she purchased the weapon. She could have called the police but, what would have happened to she and her family before help arrived? We don't know.
Man gun control is really turning this victim into a perpetrator. Kind of silly it's to "protect" people when the authorities in her community don't respond to her pleas until a gun is fired.
What if the stolen gun that she bought illegally killed your loved ones who happened to be nearby, would you still feel like "you gotta do what you gotta do"? All she has done is help make it worse for people who do obey the law.
I do as well. An older white woman witnessed me about to nip some ish in the bud...low and behold the woman said I had to wait! Basically letting me know it's not self defense unless your enemy strikes first!!!! Bless her!
As a black man it is very sad because black women are out of line these days...the boys that they raise by themselves grow up to act just like them only except if this situation involved black men the cops would've showed up and a black man would have been killed if it didn't deescalate.
Yeah it's sad that in America you can't defend yourself like I don't care if a person punches me in the face or comes at me with a knife or gun those are all valid reason to use deadly force
She may have trouble as they were only walking and had not as of yet taken action on their threat. In USA we cannot hurt people over words even though it happens all the time
@@BunnyRabbit62 they had already broke her window and had tried to kick in her door. so yes they was trying to "make good on their childish threats" plus they don't live there and had no business being there other then to harass her. and the crazy people who live here will kill you for just sitting down and they either had a bad day or don't got meds for their mental health needs.

I died a little inside when I heard the reason for this conflict…is over a fucking **community dust bucket. But also those women are wrong for trying to attack her. Ridiculous. Had to correct myself; thank you comment section
1. Face Timing a former female friend's man was wrong. She could've used that time to do something productive with her kids. 2. Bought an illegal gun when she could've bought it lawfully in a state with very lax gun laws. Hopefully she doesn't make another poor decision & snitch on who sold her the gun.
Her best course would have been to buy the firearm legally, but she was in a life threatening situation for herself and family. Stand your ground is a real thing. I hope she can get these charges reduced down.
Huhhhhhh she probably got a record and cannot purchase a legal gun,she did what she had 2 do in that situation, and she got it for 200 off the street,it would of been 1000-1500 in a gunshop
@@walsh9354 how is she illegal? Is she a felon? It’s not illegal to purchase a firearm person to person in the state of Texas. The firearm may be stolen but she didn’t steal it. She bought it from a person and paid cash for it. Nothing illegal there.
Whether legal or illegal firearm, if you're you're using it in a defensive manner, I could care less about how you purchased your gun. Being a life long NYC resident, I've seen a few of my childhood friends go to prison for actually defending themselves with an illegal firearm. When it comes down to it, the Police can't protect you from someone that is closer to you than they are.
Believe it or not, it is illegal to fire warning shots. If you have to shoot, it has to be at your attacker. Never endanger innocent people in the area by firing warning shots into the air. Also, can that silly reporterette define an "assault rifle?"
I’m NOT MAD AT THIS LADY FOR DOING WHAT SHE NEEDS TO DO TO PROTECT HERSELF AND HER FAMILY. The fact that this all took place at her residence is all the proof that those girls was after her.
It took place in Public Housing, where you aren't allowed to have Firearms at all, let alone stolen ones. This is trash, I hope she got thrown under the prison.
I believe everything she said. Right down to the smile in the mugshot. Hopefully she is able to move somewhere safe. As for those bullies, they better hope they don’t get charged with, stalking, harassment and menacing for their actions.
Bullies are never get charged with nothing even in school they getaway with it. And the victims are always charged this is why they continue to bully. Her only fault she did put them down
@LAW OF ATTRACTION HOW TO THINK exactly. Like, I did it and I stand by it. That’s why I said I believed her. She didn’t have a victim mentality. It was a I’m gone ‘defend me n mine’ type thing.
exactly if they come to Your house all bets are off lol.. they lucky she didn't have better aim LOL...the nerve of someone to threaten another person at their own house pure ignorance lol...probably over some ''dusty'' dude SMH LOL
My grandmother always told me…”Everybody ain’t no fighter!” My granny was a cutter back in her day. Fast forward…damn near everybody has a gun. People are not playing around these days!!!!
I was taught in firearm training not to fire warning shots. Someone in my city fired a warning shot in the air at a fight in a park, the bullet struck a girl and now he's in jail. The actual more lawful thing for this lady to do is actually shoot them once they attempt to assault her. Being attacked by more than one person is considered lethal threat. Defense Laws are strange.
Yes exactly. You literally have to wait until they break in and are actually inside your home. And then prior to that you have to yell out multiple of times “I have a firearm and I will shoot” - I just think it’s too much to have to wait until death is staring you in the face to get someone to flee away from you
@@faithmarie7286 yep! I didn't know people outside our city had heard the story. It's a shame. The guy actually seems nice, but I think he'll do a little time.
Don’t threaten people or show up outside a house that isn’t yours and you won’t get shot at. I wish she hadn’t bought a gun off the streets, because you never know if it’s been used in a crime and that puts you at risk, but I’m not even a little mad she had it. These ladies had no business going to this woman’s home, where she resides with her children, looking to start a problem. Why are they not under arrest for stalking, threatening, and harassment? But lock up the lady defending herself. Cool.
She's a hero in my book you can't have nobody threaten your family and wait for something to happen you need to be ahead of things just like she was ...I applaud you young lady.
I don't blame her except pls buy a gun legally if possible remember women can be as vicious as men as these two thugs that keep threatening her are and they should be arrested for threatening her bodily harm abdfor tresspassing among other things .There appears to be no no intent in her heart to shoot or kill anyone but to scare them away .Remember the cops are not always going to be there to protect Us especially black folk because they don't care .This is called standing your ground they caused property damage but she's the one being charged and has to uproot her family but the other two clowns get to keep harassing and threatening her until something more serious happens. Some women like to play games and get screwed over a man who probably doesn't care in the first place .These two that want to fight so bad should join the military and go far far away until they grow the hell up.Some times your so called friends will lead you STRAIGHT to hell if you follow them in their foolishness such as the two clowns at large. You don't go to someone's home to pick a fight unless you really want to die because not everyone is afraid and will allow you man or woman to bring harm to them or their family members.
@@400degreezisaclassic8 All day long in the hood, because they steal them from houses and cars like yours. She illegally purchased, possessed, and used a gun against people who no one has said had any weapons at all, in Public Housing, while endangering everyone else within at least a block. You agree with people who are criminals?
She was in the Right to protect herself and family them bullies are lucky to be alive. Now she was only talking to one of them people baby father why did another one get themself involved when it was none of their business? Your woman need to learn when you are being played like a fool, and there's nothing wrong with protecting yourself the first rule of the jungle is preserved your life!
It's sad that she's being victim blamed when obviously she was the one being bullied. It seems that society would rather see the bully severely injured or dead before anyone steps in to help. They always wait for the worst to happen instead of preventing it from getting to this level.
It’s also sad that the media would call these women victims. They showed up at someone else’s house, after threatening her for days, the try to kick in her door and this reporter refers to them as “the victims”. Uhhh, the woman you’re interviewing is the victim ma’am, the other women are the aggressors.
I hope justice is served. If they are harassing her, threatening her, and coming to where she lives to instigate an altercation, then the charges against her needs to be dropped and ruled as self defense. Would it have been better if she shot them instead of firing warning shots?
Warning shots are dangerous and illegal the bullets will come down. There's a higher likelihood of dying from warning shots because when and if they do hit people it's on the top of their head. She shouldn't have shot those women either because she didn't have the legal justification to do so (great bodily harm or imminent threat of death). When you don't know self defense laws you're risking jail time from improper use of your firearm. Just like this lady here
She was honest and most lie about it, and she did not lie.. She's needs a good Attorney, who can prevent her from any more unjust charges, outside of purchasing illegally.. Her babies and her Mother were inside the home, why would you go to the home of someone and expect them not to protect themselves.. They came with intent to harm her, she had to protect herself and her family. One thing she is not, is a liar.. When you come to someone's home with intent to do harm, they have a right to protect.. Just purchase your fire arm legally, do it legally and register...
But these are open carry states right? Is she breaking any laws if she bought the gun from someone who didnt register it. And youre allowed to bear arms in your home and be in possession of them as long as they arent stolen or unless youre a convicted felon.
Everyone has a God given right to Life. Bring back the original laws in regards where everyone could purchase a firearm whenever they wanted or need one. This is the only way to make it a fair and legal situation. Criminals don't use restrictions when buying firearms nor should law abiding citizens. Bring back the Wild Wild West and see how crime stats fall like a man shot dead.

She shouldn't have been charged at all she was doing what anyone should be doing protecting there home children and loved ones when you try to do the right thing you get criminalized when you have perpetrators out here it takes a while for them to convict them I don't understand why
In most states you can't discharge a weapon into the air, plus her protection was illegal. Now if she had purchased a legal weapon and actually shot them after they entered her home, she'd be clear.
