These are great videos. Couple of ideas.... You can cut insulation a lot easier with a large serrated cooking knife. Look into Rockwool insulation: it's not as nasty to work with, has higher R values, is better for sound proofing and inhibits bugs/rodents. And... get a compressor and a pneumatic stapler! It will make this job go so much easier.
Hey Rich! Glad you like the videos! I'll have to give the serrated cooking knife a try the next time I do an insulation project! A pneumatic stapler sounds like a dream! A pneumatic nail gun is in my future, but I don't have one yet. Thanks for the tips!
Hey Michael! Glad you found the mini-series helpful! Sorry I never put together a video on the wall-coverings - though that was pretty straight-forward; measure and cut. Also rent a drywall lift for the ceiling. :) Good luck on your shop buildout!
