I often feel uncomfortable when I see very large collections (which is why I have a smaller collection personally), but I enjoy your personality and makeup style so much that I just have to watch whatever you put out. I love watching people use their makeup, and I see you doing a great job of that! And shop my stash content is some of my favorite, it encourages me to go through my makeup bag and return and clean off everything I don't need, and shop my own stash. Keep it up on the awesome content!
Thank you for saying that, Jessica! I had a MAJOR issue for several years, buying all the new makeup that released. I get impulsive when I'm having a rough time- it's a war I cope-a very unhealthy way to cope, of course. But because of that, I have an abnormally large makeup collection- that and because I love testing things out on my channel. I am really trying to do better, though and I really appreciate your kindness 💜 I am trying to think of more content I can film with what I already have. @@MakeupwithMichelle I like to say that since I came to the beauty community a little late (didn't really start watching consistently until 2020), I went through all the stages all at once! The first few months was, this is fun, wonder if I can learn any new techniques? The next couple of months was, I NEED everything, what I have isn't good enough! And ever since then I have been in conscious consumerism, or at least my version of it: plenty of variety in my eye shadows and lipsticks and perhaps even in my blushes, and tried and true staples that I repurchase when I run out of everything else. Because I found the conscious consumerism beauties so early on in my journey, I hadn't built up very much stuff before I got anxious about how much stuff I was accumulating; until recently, I had one powder bronzer, believe it or not! I get that impulse to want to treat yourself when you are feeling stressed out, trust me! I regularly have to remind myself that an organized living space and taking the time to play with what I already own is more of a treat than buying another thing. And sometimes I don't listen to myself, like when I find out that thing I have been low key lusting after is 40% off at ULTA right now (perhaps an example from as recently as this morning). If you are looking for a new style of shop my stash, I know that one of my favorite styles is themed shop my stash videos. I have seen creators do a shop my stash themed for the season, but also pulling from their collection (with swatches, preferably) themed for different aesthetics, based on art, etc. I would love to see your take on that, if it is something that interests you.
I hope things will get better for you soon. I just went through my whole makeup collection and gave a bunch of products to my Mom and some of her friends, because they were just not my favorites anymore, or I haven't used them in a while, so let them enjoy it. I haven't been wearing too much of my eye shadow palettes, but have just been using a BB Cream when going out with brows and mascara, it has been really hot where I am, so I haven't been in a mood for it, now that the weather is getting cooler I'm excited to wear my makeup again.

This glowish powder is supposted to be used as a finishing powder, similar to the Hourglass ones - on the highest parts of the cheekbones etc, cause it has a decent glow:)

@@MakeupwithMichelle yayyyy...your so good at showing the shifts. I would love to see some neutral leaning colors. I know it's a tall order but that is what I personally am looking for. Our neutrals are so different than others. Lol I am interested in amber shifty shadows and orange. In my life it's feast or famine. For me God gets me up out of my comfort zone by removing stuff so I get in perfect alignment for miracles. Then all the good stuff comes at once too. I kick and scream through the process. But I get there. Love your videos.

omg there you are, ive been worried about you, how are you doing? how are the doc testing doing? ish the fruit flies are so enoying and never go away. my trip to gdansk poland went really well. i got to test my polish out but i didnt entispate them starting to talk whole sentences to me i a fast pace haha. and i was so happy to get to go to sephora and buy the nd mini retro palette, huda nude medium obsession palette, chloe edp parfume and the too faced born this way concealer. and the city was so pretty. now for the last month ive been picking lingon berry to sell. how are your life going? how are the kids doing? and the fur babies? im such a packaging sucker, when a product has pretty packaging i get sucked right in. and your collection is so good. sample things urkes me, why cant they just give us the right amount, how are we ever going to buy something if we cant cover our nose with the sample. the anastasia palette is so pretty, so sad i dont buy from them anymore bc they posted a while ago that the supported putin, well they deleted the post but i think its a bad image to give. so ill wait on them. sending you all my prayers and positive vibes. love you so much love muffin. know you are one of the ppl in my life that give me so much happiness. love ya tons

@@MakeupwithMichelle i know its insane but yes abh put out a thing on the net but quickly deleted it, but in my eyes done is done. they tried to take it back but i think when your writing it down and pressing send its your words. the sephora i went to wasnt a full sized one or i would return to norway broke, overpacked and happy haha. but i loved the nd mini retro, just wish i could have had the big one, the huda ive hadnt really tried yet so im not sure how i feel but it seems like good quality, ive only worn one shade. the too faced born this way concealer was so great and it matched me perfectly when i was less than than in summer, now im back to my ghostly self, i have a golden undertone and i find it so hard to find shades that arent perfect for me. i always look like a ghost. the chloe edp is soooo good you must try if you like floral scents, i got it in the rollerball travel size as a gift from my mom, now the scent reminds me of that trip. i will always write you back so if you dont get a comment send the search parties out. cats are truly better than ppl sometimes but when your can is sleeping litteraly right next to your face with cat food breathe its a littlle less nice haha, but if i could i would have a whole army of cat, i love them so much. so glad your kiddies are doing well. i wish and fell so bad i could have been on ig and talked more with you, but im so afraid my problems with my self image and eating disorder triggers will come. im not ready for that now since im tackling some other issues. but if you want to see my face my name is veronica iversen on fb and im asian. love you so much love muffin and im sending you much love and positive vibes
