In this episode, we will be taking a look at the unsung hero being the "thrust bearing" as lesser know then it sibling the radial bearing. It is just important when your building machine tools!
Here are the ones I got: amzn.to/2I14bLi as they are super cheap as well as flexible as you can either 3D print or spin off bushings on a mini lathe (see more here for mini-lathes:diy3dtech.com/mini-lathes/) to work with various shaft sizes!

I appreciate the video , but I didn’t quite catch it! Once I saw the picture of the bearing sandwiched by two washers, I understood what a thrust bearing is. I still did not figure out how you were using it though from your drawings.

Hi. Thanks for the great video. When you have one of these bearings, it looks like to top part spins in the opposite direction to the bottom. If you stack a second one on top, is the very top racer forced to spin in the same direction as the very bottom one?

Just a piece of feedback, for the sake of constructive criticism. Over five minutes to explain something that could take 30 seconds. Why explain the project you're working on? Don't need to know what your project is to understand what the bearing does. Don't got all the time in the world to watch the videos on your channel.
