I enjoyed the tour very much. What a nice shop! I'm in the USA and I've not seen anything like it, at least in my area, and probably won't ever be able to visit you, but I want to compliment you (and in particular Lucy) on the great demonstration videos. I recently purchased a Juki HZL-DX7. I had been considering it for some time and her very clear and comprehensive video convinced me.
Thank you for a lovely walk around your shop; I love Lucy's videos, which have attracted me to the Bernina 790 Plus. I will certainly visit your shop when lockdown is over.

I live in Chicago, USA and our local stores aren't anywhere near as well laid out, or as good as yours. I would love to come and see your store if I was ever to be in your "neck of the woods".
Wow, simply impressive. I was watching the other day a silly show called The bold type and one of the main characters was talking about her 'Gucci sewing machine' which led me to your video as I was trying to learn how this industry evolved since I purchased my very basic sewing machine I use once in a while. Not only is your shop very cute but great to hear you are having classes there which is great for the curious minds to practice. Maybe you should encourage people to use your sewing machine and create their own projects, charging them per hour etc - I know that I would be booking lots of your machines to create many of my numerous ideas (I like bringing to life), rather than import from overseas beautiful coats just because they have beautiful embroidery.
Iv Just bought a Janome Horizon Memory craft Qcp from you it was delivered yesterday and I’m delighted with it and the easy trouble free order and delivery .
Obviously, you are in England...somewhere...lovely shop. Your RU-vid videos are very informative...wish the Bluegrass region of Kentucky had such a shop. Where exactly are you?
